“I always leave Harbor Freight with exactly what I came for and a couple of things I didn't know I needed until I saw them. The staff are friendly without hovering, and the whole place has a fun, treasure-hunt energy that makes even a simple errand feel like an adventure.
My only tiny complaint is that the layout seems designed to make you take the scenic route, so a quick five-minute stop can turn into a half-hour wander. But honestly, that's on me for being easily distracted. It's the kind of store that makes you look forward to your next excuse to visit, and I'm already planning mine.”

“Fantastic store with a great selection of building supplies given it's foot print. For construction supplies like brackets, nails, straps and alot of lumber products etc they beat home depot and Lowe's pretty handily. The people there are also very nice and helpful.”

I explained to them that I wanted to cut and bevel the edge of an extra piece of granite I had lying around. They took their time to explain everything thoroughly, and recommended the correct pads to get the job done. Super grateful that I stopped by. “The company prior to our new install floors did a horrible job. It looked great on the surface but; underneath they jacked up the concrete slap when they removed the title. After while we noticed how the floors were uneven causing nightmares later.

Excellent service. The installation company was contracted out to JW Flooring. The installer Richard was very professional and worked alone. He was very careful in making sure the job was done right and completed the job to our satisfaction as well as his satisfaction. Richard took pride in his work.

“I visited Lowe’s on Monday to purchase paint for our house. I brought in a quart containing the color information, and an associate prepared a five-gallon container and an additional gallon. Everything seemed fine until we checked the color and found that the five-gallon batch was too light. After two more attempts, the associate asked for assistance while four other customers waited. Thankfully, Anthony A. and Austin S. stepped in to help. Anthony went above and beyond by explaining what was needed and handling my order, while Austin assisted the other customers. Anthony also helped us through checkout and walked us to our car, saving us the time of calling for assistance. Anthony and Austin were professional, helpful, and very friendly. Their customer service was outstanding, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you”
“It's Saturday afternoon and Home Depot is packed. The only sad face I saw was the guy sitting at the table for " remodel baths" or " sign up for this" Christmas decorations alreadyHalloween is a month a way. Love looking at the Halloween stuff there. I was there buying things for a Halloween decoration. The paint guy was nice, got some green and copper color for my witch cauldron. Black chain rang up wrong, so went back in and the customer service person" Nikki" was very helpful. She was going to call hardware to help, but figured it out in her own which I appreciated. She got my mistake fixed quick and easy and I want to say " Thank you Nikki"”
