“Went to harbor freight in Fairfield they didn’t tell me about a promotion on their 134a set gauge that comes with 2 cans of refrigerant I only purchased one can and got charged extra this way. Ben took the time and extra step to help me out and do a return and repurchase to where I get the deal guy gave me great customer service i will return”
“Fantastic store with a great selection of building supplies given it's foot print. For construction supplies like brackets, nails, straps and alot of lumber products etc they beat home depot and Lowe's pretty handily. The people there are also very nice and helpful.”

“These guys are the absolute best. They have many years of experience in the industry and the trade. I explained to them that I wanted to cut and bevel the edge of an extra piece of granite I had lying around. They took their time to explain everything thoroughly, and recommended the correct pads to get the job done. Super grateful that I stopped by. Not only do you buy here, but you can pick their brains on DIY stuff. Would highly recommend these guys. Fair prices and a wealth of knowledge.”
“When I go into Lowe’s, I have an idea of what I want, but I do not have the right words to describe it. On January 28, I went into the Lowe’s store on Auto Center Drive in Antioch California. As usual, I knew what I wanted, but I was having trouble getting it across. I needed a certain kind of board to make shelves and Alex and Parker were able to ask the right questions, figure out what it was I was after, and took me to the exact spot where they were kept. I am one happy shopper!”

“Most reviews are either overly angry or overly happy, but I want to provide an honest, detailed look at this location.
The Good:
• Electrical & Tools: Excellent selection, great promotions, and well-maintained displays.
• General Stock: Generally carries everything you need depending on the area.
Areas for Improvement:
• Organization: The Plumbing aisle is consistently messy and unorganized. Paint and Garden departments are functional but could be better maintained.
• Services: My one experience with Tool Rental was underwhelming.
• Staffing: While most staff are decent, the Customer Service/Returns desk is a weak point. Several employees appear disengaged and uninterested in helping customers.
Overall: A decent store with a solid product range, but it would benefit greatly from better aisle organization and more proactive customer service.”
