“This is the best Home Depot that I have ever been in. I am a woman and usually I go in and I don't get the friendly service because I'm not a contractor. This Home Depot is totally different! I had three different people help me today, and they were all so professional and kind and helpful. The woman that helped me with where to get my keys made, I think the man that was making my key said she used to work for the airport because when I'm walking down the aisle and I don't know where to go she could see that and she said that a customer needs help in the key department at the end cap and that helped me know where exactly to go. A gentleman was helping me locate a product that he said only ships to the store or to me from the Home Depot website but he was so kind and friendly and the man that made my keys was funny and kind and professional. I will never go to another Home Depot other than this one it is my favorite it is the friendliest and they know customer service. I've been to the one in Poway and no one offered to help me there I had to go find people and they seem like they were frustrated but not this location in Oceanside on Vista way they are amazing and I would give 10 Stars if I could”
“Nate is great. He helped me out, was prompt and explained everything that was going on. He’s definitely a technical expert and gave me the impression he knew what he was doing. He also helped me find supplies that i need in the store. If i need computer help I’m returning, hopefully when he’s available!!!”
“My husband and I went to this location to purchase a specific item. We ended up asking for assistance, and my husband was completely stoked on the customer service. Mark, Olivia, and Dave spent a lot of time and effort helping us look for what we needed, and they did an outstanding job. There was a discrepancy with the inventory of the item, so finding it was like a needle in a haystack. We ended up getting what we needed, and are completely impressed by the diligent and thorough assistance they provided. Mark was exceptionally fantastic and very kind and helpful. After this experience, we are sticking to home depot for our home improvement needs!!”

“Was cool and all. Went to buy a samsung Galaxy tab a9. Told the lady what color I wanted and said she was going to check. I wish I had started a timer because she took to long to get it and was helping 3 other people and honestly I did feel like leaving to go to a different store but I felt bad because I already had told her what kind and color I wanted. Eventually, it all worked out even though they weren't super busy when I went.”

“I didn't get what i originally came for but I did find some good stocking stuffers. There were a couple of workers who helped me find what I was looking for but ultimately wasn't what I had In mind. Friendly service. They do give military discount if you download the app.”
