“Didn’t want to go to Surf Ride because customer service is usually not good, so came here looking for a wetsuit. Mikey was super helpful. All wetsuits are Xcel brand which I’ve never tried, but they seem like really good quality and were on sale. Very good experience, will be back.”

“Just so that everyone knows my experience here was exceptional yesterday....I took the kids shopping for clothes and had a great time we weren't hurried or rushed the staff was kind and super amazingly awesome the young lady ringing us up had a great personality and provided us with splendid customer service she took the time and made certain our clothing was properly handled with care...she also was mindful and asked if I had an account so that we can gain our points and use what was on our account...I personally would like to thank her once again and give a shout out too the management for employing such great staff
I absolutely will be returning more often to shop and tell my friends and family how great of an experience we had.

“I had an outstanding experience at Boot Barn thanks to Gina! I came in looking for a pair of boots for my granddaughter as well as a pair of work boots for myself, and Gina was incredibly helpful, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process.
When it came to finding my size, she spent quite a bit of time searching but unfortunately couldn’t locate them. What really impressed me was that she didn’t just give up. Later, she decided to take one more look and actually found the boots in an area where they weren’t supposed to be! Gina truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Her persistence, positive attitude, and excellent customer service made the whole experience a great one. Boot Barn is fortunate to have someone like Gina representing their store.
