I recently had my car repaired at "Best in Town Collision - Frame and Paint" and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. The staff immediately recognized my problem, understood that I knew what I was talking about, and assured me they could help. Impressively, they had my car ready in just 24 hours, and the cost was reasonable.
I appreciate that they didn't drive my car around unnecessarily since the repair was solely on the body and the car was driving fine. The car was returned to me in excellent condition – no new scratches or dents, the mileage was unchanged, and the interior was exactly as I left it. Plus, they even washed it, which was a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated.
However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. My hood was left open for the entire 24 hours, which significantly drained my battery. Some push pins were missing or misplaced, potentially due to my own oversight, but it did raise some concerns. Specifically, the push pins where the tire meets the trim were not in place, which could cause rubbing or worse, the trim getting pulled off while driving. Additionally, the front oil pan shield under the car was not fully installed and wasn't flush, creating unwanted drag – this is particularly important given the type of car I have, though it may not matter to everyone. Lastly, the left side of the bumper wasn't flush with a small gap where it meets the side fender, which I believe should clip in securely.
Despite these issues, I would definitely return for future repairs. The excellent customer service and overall quality of work make them a standout. If I could, I’d give them a 4.5. With a few adjustments, they’d easily earn a full 5 stars from me. Thank you for the great weld work and the excellent treatment.”

It was a busy day and he managed to get me checked in quick and helped me with rental options. Ebonee also helped me to get a rental Bronco that I ended up buying, so kudos to her for starting that process! Joseph in sales is on another level cool. His customer service is award winning, so whatever he’s getting paid, it needs to be doubled. He got into the Bronco that I’ve wanted for years, and after being there awhile, they bought me some take out food too.
