“Member Service Representative, Cece at the Ontario, CA branch definitely earned her five-stars. We visited on Halloween Tuesday, 2023. The office was decorated, as well many employees were in festive costumes. We had what turned out to be somewhat confusing and rather tricky documents that needed to be notarized. Our transaction wasn't initially smooth sailing. We indeed had fits and starts. With Cece's calm and professional demeanor from start to finish, we understood our documents to an even greater extent, signed, dated and had our signatures notarized. The Ontario, CA branch is not our home office. Many kudos to Cece and her manager for their diligence and insistence upon fully understanding our documents before proceeding with the notarization duties. “Had to make an emergency withdraw for large amounts of big bills and called around three p m and they were able to accommodate me within the hour.
Unbelievable service, out of a couple other large banks, i've had the opportunity to work with, U.S bank is my favorite and i'm definitely planning on being a lifetime customer.
I don't think i've ever been in a branch where I felt even remotely uncomfortable, they all treat you like family and there isn't one time I've called customer service where i've had to wait more than five minutes.
Love this bank, if you need a bank with a big dog, I would recommend banking with them.”

“WARNING to consumers for bank cards; debit... Understand how your chip enabled cards impact your ability to file claims if your funds are stolen through fraud. We used our chip enabled Capital One issued card, at an ATM and our funds were accessed and lost over $1000 through ATM theft. Capital One denied our claim for a refund of stolen funds, the reason being- use of chip enabled card at an ATM that was chip enabled? Doesn't make any sense, theft is theft. And always follow up with a police report too!”
“I have no clue why alot of people are complaining about being able to make a payment online. It's absolutely simple and you can schedule it every month. I've been with this company for three years and have no complaints.”

“The great Wells Fargo bank has plenty of coins available, and their service is efficient and fast. I exchanged a thousand dollars worth of coins at Wells Fargo. However, the stingy Chase bank only lets me exchange a hundred dollars worth of coins each time, citing insufficient stock. This is the difference between a big bank and a small bank, I guess.”
“I want to give a shout out to Mr. Rodney Chamberlain at Wells Fargo. This week we were closing on our new home here in California. I needed to wire the escrow money for closing and didn't realize because of the amount that I needed to go into a branch to make the transaction. Because I was just starting a new job and stressed everything was chaotic .I needed to have the money transferred really quickly and I called a branch and unfortunately it was right before closing. However, Rodney was the one who answered and was an absolute super hero. He said he would see what he could do to help me and told me to hold on while he checked with branches near me to try and get me in first thing in the morning...and he did. I was able to get to a branch not too far away where they were expecting me right as they opened. Rodney is top notch and has a "can do" attitude and made a very stressful situation turn out okay. I love wells fargo but am especially grateful for people like Rodney who want and do make a difference for the customer.”
