“Ayres Suites Ontario has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had for both business and comfort. I had over 20 team members staying here during a big work event, and the staff took great care of every single one of us. That’s rare.
The rooms were consistently clean and comfortable, and the front desk crew made check-in smooth even when we were arriving at odd hours. What really stood out though was the service — they didn’t just meet expectations, they exceeded them.
We spent a lot of time on the outdoor patio in the evenings. It was a great spot to decompress as a group and wrap up the day with a little downtime. In the mornings, we were always in a rush, but the kitchen staff still managed to get us going. The lady who cooked breakfast went out of her way to make to-go bags for everyone, and she even adjusted the menu when she learned I was doing keto. Eggs and extra bacon, hot and ready, without hesitation, that kind of attention matters.
There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, and it's an easy area to navigate for folks coming from out of town. If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and incredibly welcoming place for work or play, this one is worth bookmarking. I’ll absolutely stay here again.”

“Another great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas were well-maintained and had a comfortable, modern feel. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to relax and unpack. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s rest. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh. Overall, the hotel felt well cared for and consistently reliable.
The staff truly stood out during our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which we really appreciated after traveling. Any questions or requests we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear the staff takes pride in providing good service and making guests feel comfortable. Their attention to detail made a noticeable difference. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
The location is another big plus. Being close to the Ontario Airport makes this hotel very convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, which makes getting around easy. Overall, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga continues to deliver great service and a pleasant experience. This has been another consistently enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.”

“I stayed for four days for the bar exam. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable, but the most important things for me were cleanliness and quiet — and it delivered on both. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. There weren’t even any eggs until the last day.”

“We visited Ontario, California in May of 2025 for a soccer tournament. We stayed in the Element Ontario hotel. While the water pressure was poor (I'm assuming that's a regional issue with water restrictions in California), and it wasn't the cheapest hotel we've stayed in - the location was good, the service was good, the rooms were great, and even the breakfasts (included in the price) were well done. Overall, we liked this hotel and would happily stay here again if needed.”

“I was a little worried and almost didn't book here after reading a few of the comments, but decided not to let the few bad apples ruin the overall positive feedback. I'm so glad I stayed here. The property overall is a little older, but that didn't stop a good stay. My room was clean and the bed of comfy. They thought of all toiletries you might need and had them readily available in the room. Breakfast was better than most nicer hotels I've stayed at. The landscaping was a beautiful tropical oasis. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone flying out of Ontario Airport, as it's a quick 5 min drive away. I'll be back.”

“Overall good experience, room was nice, food was not bad, gym was a bit small, nice staff, the only drawback I had was the bathroom light kept coming on when I would go in there in the middle of the night ??due to sensor and there is no way to turn it off ?.

“The hotel lobby is nice and big. The good thing about Embassy Suites is that they included breakfast at a very reasonable price. The room a bit old, but still feel clean and big. Always have a sink, microwave and a fridge. Oh, and happy hour from 5 to 7pm. Free drinks always good.”

The blonde gentleman at the front desk helped me check in early or a night late since i should have been in my other accommodations he was the saving grace of my business trip. And despite renovations the bones of this grand hotel are really breathtakingly Art Deco ...!”

“I like this hotel. I've been "invited" here many times. Each visit was "nice". Rooms where clean. (Although some areas need more attention like -finding the room numbers should be made easy. -Do something to cover up construction work.

“Room and hotel need to be renovated. Customer service is mostly great with the occasional attitude from a front desk person have a bad day. This hotel only has 1 working elevator and always has children running around that dont know how to behave in public. NOT ideal for business travelers like myself.
Although I do highly recommend if you enjoy people stomping in the room above you and other guests SLAMMING doors”

“So, I want shout out Gopal at Best Western on Ontario Mills Mall. It's very seldom do I see or have someone take care of maintenance of the small things and seeing that take place. It was very interesting and satisfying. Out with the old and in with the new on simple appliance, food appliance drink appliance, awesome job. A clean hotel, excellent staff thumbs up.”
