βI just want to thank Kaizen for the repairs they did on my car. Jonathan & Deana deserve all credit in the world; Upon arrival, their hospitality, communication and genuine care for their client is what makes Kaizen the standard. I had damage to my driver side fender, front bumper and tire rim. Jonathan gave a fair estimate then gave me daily updates on how the repair was looking. After having my car for less than a week, I got my car back washed, detailed and looking brand new. Itβs a stressful process to find a good body shop, that will fairly price you and provide excellent communication but I highly recommend Kaizen because of Jonathanβs professionalism and hard work. In the picture is the yellow convertible corvette that Chuck let us borrow for Mom's 106 birthday party we had for her. She got pulled over and was given a speeding ticket for going 106 mph. Mom had a wonderful time and she really enjoyed borrowing the yellow convertible corvette ?

From multiple phone calls answering questions before the truck was in the shop to showing up on Saturday to enable a better experience for me, having to drive over two hours each way. βRecently had James complete a pre-purchase inspection on my 2009 Carrera. Very nice guy. Pointed out needed new engine mounts, brake flush ( found water in fluid) and issue with horn but otherwise solid vehicle. Scheduled an appointment and went forward with his recommendations. He called me after I dropped the car off and told me it might not be ready that day as a technician had just injured himself. I told him no problem though my son would be bummed as my son and I planned to go to Cars and Coffee the next day. James called me near closing and told me he got it done as he didnβt want to disappoint my son. James even gave me some oil plug washers when I asked about what type of washer to use when I do my own oil changes. Oil changes aside, I will be bringing my car back to James for everything else.β
βThey offer a wide selection of tires and don't pressure you to over buy what you need. The estimate for price and time were accurate. Great communication. Easy to drive by the first time(they're on the east side of the center). Definitely coming back for all our tire work.β
βThis is an A+ honest garage. We are from out of town, and we noticed something hanging from the underside of our car. We texted family, who said they thought it was just the cover but we wanted to make sure. The garage looked for us and told us not to bother replacing it and removed it - no charge. Thank you so much!β

βWhen I'm in LA I always stop in at CW Moss to pick up extra parts for my car. It saves me a lot of money on shipping. Friendly atmosphere with helpful workers. They have a warehouse full of parts and they even sell used parts. Lots of parking in their lot or on the street.β
βOn a recommendation from my nephew, I took my BMW in for brakes. Armondo took care of me immediately, it was easy and amazing same day service. The price was great also. Amazing place for all your auto care.β
