“This branch has been great. I was with chase for 10+ years with my personal and business accounts. It is a totally different experience. Every time I call, I get a human and most of them know me by name and my kids. When I was using Chase and Wells I could never really get any help unless i went in person and my bankers were changing every 9-12 months and Id have to start fresh. I've had a few bumps in the road at FMB but they always prioritized me, fixed of the situation, and made me feel cared about. I use several different banks as that it what my businesses need. This is by far the one that takes care of me best”

“Same Day appointment on the website sucked, never got the schedule done. I went directly to the branch at ~1pm and waited only 10 minutes in the line. The lady is very nice and helpful, it took ~20 min to finish the account opening.”
“These five stars are for Julio Hernandez. I wanted to close a safe deposit box because I live in LA and no longer need one in OC. I was stuck in traffic (of course:) and arrived at the bank at 5:57pm and there was a line. The bank closes at 6pm.At first, I was told that they can't close a safe deposit box because a manager was not on site. I pleaded because I didn't want to make the long trip again.Julio went above and beyond to help me! He even stayed about 15 minutes past closing to get this done for me.We still bank at Bank of America, but in LA. I wish Julio worked at our branch!Thanks, Julio! You made a big difference for me today and I appreciate it so much! This is a perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service.”
“It's a Chase Bank! They have a lobby where you can access the ATM 24/7. Their current hours are 9:00 to 5:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 4:00 on Saturday. Closed Sunday.Everything seems to be in clean working order. ?”

“I called in the morning was able to make an appointment same day and time that was convenient for us. Arrived couple minutes before our appointment. I was attended right away. I took my boys and the manner was nice enough to bring coloring books and offer drinks to us. Aaron helped us any way he could provided great customer service. Answered all our questions and was very helpful. It didn’t take long we only lasted like 30min. Will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need anything. We left happy and content. Recommend this location!! I love the fact they have a drive thru. Makes everything easy!”

“I just opened a new account online. I went into this branch for the first time. I was assisted by a young female teller. She helped me print up a page for direct deposit. I have to say in all honesty. This is the best customer service experience I've ever received in any bank. The teller was genuinely nice and helpful. Also, there wasn't a line outside the door like other banks. I'm glad I've chosen to open an account here. Great service, two branches close to me here in Orange, CA and no huge line!”

“I never have to wait in the line for long when I get my transactions done here. The staff is comprised of neat professionals. I lost my debit card; got it replaced; wanted to keep my old debit card number because all my food delivery accounts are synced and saved with it (PSN, most importantly); Zaid Diaz offered me to report it damaged instead and I will be able to keep the old number.
