“I had difficulty depositing a refund check from Servify, the Care plus plan provided by Samsung. The teller was able to reprint the check that Servify required to be printed from an email (instead of just refunding to my credit card). The ATM couldn't properly read the check and neither could the deposit through the app. The teller was able to ultimately deposit the money into my checking account. Thank you to the teller who helped me!”
