The grooming department was exceptional. The groomers treated my dog with such kindness and care, ensuring he was comfortable throughout. He looked fantastic and seemed very happy after his grooming session.
Overall, PetSmart offers outstanding service and care for pets. Highly recommended!

That's why when we got our new puppy Anise we were excited to let pet strands be the first to groom them once all their vaccines were completed. Thank you, pet strands. Keep doing what you're doing !

The shop is lovely with a cute outdoor patio to enjoy some coffee in the sun while waiting. Staff and owners are super friendly and reassured me that Birdie was in perfect hands. Within 1.5 hours Birdie came out super soft and untangled. I’ll definitely becoming back!

The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . So once he was seen dr called and went over what she recommended we were able to get all that we wanted for him and more. I was not only extremely happy with their customer service but they care about the fur babies. And you can tell. Thank you VCA Orange

They provide great care, transparent pricing, and excellent follow-up. Our cat, Spot, recently had a surgical procedure to rule out a cancer diagnosis. Having had our girl since she was three months old, it was very emotional and scary for my husband and I. We felt so informed and cared for each step of the way: - We were seen right away after calling and describing what we were seeing with our cat - communicated with very clearly about suggestions, procedure, and after-care - received follow-up calls to check on Spot after her procedure. We want to take the best care of our cat that we can into her old age, she's our family, and we rely on the guidance of her vets to help us do that. Not only do the vets at Cat Care Clinic "get it", they take their time to answer all our questions and put us at ease!

The owners really want it to be a place for dogs to be well taken care of either for day care or boarding. Even the kitchen is outstanding! It's clear that they have a love for dogs and want to run a safe and comfortable operation. They evaluate your fur baby to make sure that it's not only right for you but for the other pups as well. I've never had such a high maintenance dog and I feel good about leaving her in their capable hands. I know she'll be loved when we're not there.

They took care of my boy during part of his cancer treatment where I was terrified to leave him and treated him like a king. They were also so sweet when I called a million times to check on him. Brittany and the staff here are incredible and I’m so grateful to have a safe place I trust for my pup when I have to leave town. I’ve already recommended this place to several of my friends who also had positive experiences. Highly recommend!!
