I did not want to bathe him because I figured he needed a professional's touch. These people were professionals. He got paw pads, butt trimmed, nail trim, and a bath. To my surprise the cat had jumped back into the cat carrier after we brought him home. I believe he wants to go back. His walk is improved somehow. He seems very happy with the service. Cat approved. The price was great. I'm happy and my cat is happy.

18842 Brookhurst St, Fountain ValleyA long awaited review. I've been recommended this place since my boyfriend and I got our cat and have since been coming here since she was 7 months old! Whether it's for grooming or both haircut and grooming, Kuma always comes home smelling good and looking fresh. We suck at cutting her nails, but were told by staff here that she's the absolutely sweetest and calm in there! I love the care they give for her and haven't had a problem. The haircut we choose for her is the Lion's Cut. At first when she was young, they recommended not to shave her in case her fur was still growing out. I still appreciate their advice because now we get the best results! An extra charge will be added if they find fleas (even just one), which they let you know ahead of time. Appointments only and currently only taking zelle/cash so plan accordingly! There are also cats available for adoption so please check them out! Would love to take them in if I was able to but they're lovable and deserve a home T-T

Brookfield Pet Hospital

I cold called Brookfield and they welcomed us with open arms. Every single staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was beyond impressed with how well they got to know my cat while she was there, but most importantly they did not take advantage of the emergency situation and gouge me like some of my neighbors experienced with other service providers. I had such an outstanding experience with Brookfield that I just switched my cat’s veterinary care over to them. When you find good people, stick with them, right?!

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ancona and the entire team who cared for Marley and our family during one of the hardest days of our lives.
Dr. Ancona spoke with us with so much compassion and kindness. We never once felt rushed. He took his time going through everything thoroughly, explained things in a way that helped us understand what was happening, and continually stopped to ask if we had any questions. During a moment when we were trying to process so much emotionally, his patience, honesty, and compassion meant more to us than I can put into words.
I also want to recognize the veterinary technician who was with us that day. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I hope she knows how much her kindness meant to us. She was incredibly caring and gentle with Marley and so compassionate toward our family. Every interaction we had with her made us feel like Marley was being cared for by someone who truly understood just how special he was to us.
As someone who works in veterinary medicine myself, I know how emotionally demanding these moments can be for the veterinary team as well. The level of compassion and patience we received from everyone that day is something I will never forget.
Even though we ultimately had to say goodbye to Marley, we were given the time, information, support, and space we needed to make the most loving decision we could for him. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we were able to focus on being there with our boy.
Thank you, Dr. Ancona, to the wonderful technician who cared for him, and to everyone involved in Marley’s care. Thank you for treating him with dignity and tenderness and for treating our family with such compassion. You made an unbearable day a little more peaceful, and we will forever be grateful for the way you cared for our sweet boy. ❤🐾

The falafel was also a standout, with a great texture and just the right amount of sesame seeds. I finished everything off with a cup of rich, dark coffee and some warm bread. It is a fantastic spot for a satisfying lunch. I will definitely be back.

It's a seasonal drink so I hope they keep it permanently. Tried their Tom Kha pasta & coconut matcha. Flavor wise, the pasta surpassed my expectations but even I could use a bigger portion. The coco matcha tastes decent but is too sweet for my liking.

I used their boarding service for my chinchilla, Meatball, countless times over seven years, and I didn’t fully appreciate how special they are until I moved away from Orange County last year. Caroline checks on every animal every night, and her late-night photo updates always made me feel completely at ease. You can tell how much every staff member truly loves the pets when you interact with them.
After moving away, it’s easy to find another boarding place, but it’s hard to find a place with care and love — something truly priceless and valuable. Thank you, Bunny Bunch, and I really wish I could have you here.
