“ODP is a quality clothing line from my hometown of Oakland Ca it's a amazing line because not only can you wear the brand the CEO also does things for the community she has backpack and free haircuts for the kids and I met the CEO when she was starting the brand and I've seen it go from shirts and hats and hoodies to a full expanded clothing line and I'm plus size girl and she's always had sizes from the kids to 4x and that was a major plus for me!”

“If you have a small grandchild and have not yet visited Dimples, you have a great treat in store. The story is visually the proverbial candy store, something good everywhere you look.In the three seasons since I discovered Dimples and became addicted, the owner/buyer, Tatiana, has not made a false move. Everything is not only adorable but completely wearable. Fabrics are soft; brands are specialty but affordable. There is lots of selection and a few perfect toys to round out birthday giving.There are also a few mom gifts; check out the earrings for yourself.I always wonder about incredibly positive reviews, so I assure you I did not know the owner until I wandered in the first time. I only have so many pictures [from two different visits] since I send then to my daughter to vet my choices. I only have little boys to buy for so the pictures may not amaze you. If you have a daughter or granddaughter....!”

“I've been going here ever since I was pregnant with my son, and now expecting my next child. Conveniently located across the Prenatal care at Kaiser. They always have an adorable collection of clothes and they have Jellycat plushies! I stopped by here just to see if they had the Jellycat turtle for my son before purchasing online, and I was able to spot it right away. People who work here are so nice and friendly. “I often pop in here to get second hand clothes or shoes for my kids. Recently it was my son's 4th birthday and we were all home sick. He had been asking everyday for over a month if his birthday was tomorrow and if he could please have a spider stuffie. He was so sad to miss his birthday at school and I had had no time to buy him a present because we had back ti back illnesses for a month. I called Kelly's corner, they had one and asked if I could pay over the phone and have her toss it out the door to me so as not to infect anyone .she was so sweet and offered to drive the gift to my house (we lived nearby)after work. “I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful! If it weren’t for the tablet and worker I would’ve just given up, left, and I would have been upset. I had one of the best experiences at this store so far!”

“This Old Navy at THIS LOCATION is one of my very favorite places to shop in this area. More than all the other Old Navy's in the East Bay. This is my first go-to for clothes. Well stocked, well defined areas for kids, women, men, accessories etc. Their brand and styles are great, but not too "out there" or boring. I would say clothes are fun and practical. Value is important - Old Navy clothes wear and wash well...but the time they wear out, the style is out of trend anyway. Clean, bright, safe and no crime worries. Not hectic like at Veranda. Always the best customer service here!”

“I purchased some jeans GAP online during at 50% off sale. However, one pair did not fit well and I wanted to exchange it for a slim cut. Not having had to do an online return, I text chatted with a customer service rep and she explained the steps to return the pants, reorder and pay for the new pants and that it would take up to 25 business days for my return to be processed and credit to be issued. Not wanting to deal with the process, I decided to do the exchange at a store. GAP has been closing many locations and stores are few and far in between. Luckily the nearest store was only 9 miles away at the Lakeshore area and I found a parking space down the block.There was no wait and I was able to walk up to the cashier and explained my intent to do an exchange. She said I would be credited for my purchase, but I would have to purchase the new jeans at the current price and not at the price I paid, which didn't make sense. She said she would get a manager to help me. A manager came and I explained my situation and he checked if the pants I wanted was in stock and it wasn't. So he ordered it online and it would be sent to me and processed my return. The pants went down in price so I even go a credit for the difference. I was happy to get my exchange done at the store and not have to deal with the steps required for an online return. It was not simple like a return on Amazon. Though the cashier did not understand the exchange I wanted to transact, I appreciated that the manager made the exchange transaction seamlessly.”
