“I visit this location a little more than occasionally looking for a more special piece, like a returned sweater someone bought online and not normally found in their stores. While this location is spacious and pleasantly merchandised, staff can be unhelpful almost bordering on surly, not thanking you after a purchase or not coming back to you promising to look in storage for an undamaged piece that you want to try on. Foot traffic in this store is not so intense as to be overly taxing to staff. To be more specific, the male staffers can be more customer friendly than the women.”
