“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.”

“My first time, I came for fingerprints. The gentleman who took my prints used the opportunity to train others with his personal tips and tricks on how to get the prints perfect. The second time, I came for prints for another company and a TB test. Since it was within the same month, they still had my prints on file to send to the FBI and DOJ, so I didn't have to retake the prints. They also have an online doctor at the ready to confirm my TB test questionnaire. I expected to stay an hour; it took less than fifteen minutes.”

“Okay, so all the online appointments are taken. Instead, I go early… like around 6:30am-ish. It’s not crowded and the wait isn’t long. Now, several people complain about the Black customer service woman in the front. She and I get along great. All I do is treat her nicely… I tell her, “Good morning…” and she appreciates being appreciated. In return, she does the same with me. Anyway, the lab is convenient. Not too far from my house (a couple miles). Again: go early.”
“Excellent site for doing research. Googles street view tour is also nice. Trainings and bagging are required to gain access. Go to Blackberry Gate when arriving to get your badge.”

“This was my first visit to the Hercules location of Quest Diagnostics, and I was very happy with it. The check in was accomplished with my smart phone, and I did not have to wait at all. The person who drew my blood did a great job -- no pain. The only negative for this location is that it is not very easy to get there using public transit because the WestCat #15 bus that goes there runs only once every hour on weekdays.”

“I went to this labcorp location twice in the last two weeks. Both times I had excellent experiences. I didn’t have appointments and the wait times were minimal. If the first time I got there 15 minutes before opening and I was second in line. Not much wait. The second time I went just before closing and again hardly much waiting. Both lab techs were super kind and skilled. What a pleasant experience!”

“Awesome experience at LabCorp 3100 San Pablo ave. Made an appointment for 1:30p. I was treated with kind words of welcome and directed to the kiosk to check in. Barely had time to sit down before called in. Samuel was my phlebotomists and he was friendly interactive and smooth as butter with the blood draw. Then out before 2pm.”
“Have only spoke on phone so can only say the woman I talked with was very nice and answered my questions. Waiting on prescription and will update as to shipping time and quality etc. But for now they seemed nice and professional.
Update : received first prescription and was somewhat upset due to minimum cost and barely getting much medication, but im pretty sure they sent mine overnight and they did not mention it. So maybe they did this just to be nice after paying the minimum cost. Was appreciated big time and they did this without any complaints or asking by me. Just placed next refill this past Friday and received email saying will be updated on when is shipped (monday today). Will update as to consistency and relative results with medication relative to other compounding pharmacies used, and regular shipping times once received. But so far seem to be a very professional and helpful business.”

“This location is so much better than their others in the area. Had a 2:45 appointment, arrived about 2:30 and checked in. Had my blood drawn and was done at 2:45.
Much less crowded, with plenty of seats in the waiting area, and well organized. A reasonably new facility.
Of course this was on a Monday. No telling how crowded they might be on a Saturday.”
