“Bob’s furniture in Oxnard is truly the best hands down in product and product availability. Their prices? For the quality, so good! But it’s really the staff at the Oxnard location that make it second to none! Shannon was so kind as I did come in about 30
minutes before they were closing. She’s a pro it didn’t phase her. She helped point me to exactly what I needed. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted and we were off and she told me all about it and invited me to get as close as look as I needed and take as many pictures as I wanted. I was telling Shannon about a mirror I saw when I was first walking around and she said you can purchase that and take it home right now! So I got to leave with the perfect kitchen table purchased and scheduled for delivery and a beautiful mirror in hand…what more could a girl ask for?? 😊. And I just got a text that it’s actually in their warehouse already. I’m super excited. Her manager came by to say hi and just check up on us and he was very very nice. Please forgive me for not remembering your name. I apologize it was late and I had my PSA service dog luna with me And I was trying to keep her from going home with him…lol. Thank you to the staff at Bob’s furniture. I really appreciate all of your help and I can’t wait to get my little kitchen table with the barstools. I’m so excited it’s gonna fit perfectly!”

“My wife and I had an outstanding experience working with Marty Meredith at the Sit N’ Sleep store in Oxnard, California.
We needed a new Bed, and I was dreading the purchase. Having shopped for many mattresses over the years, I always seemed to have a hard time knowing I was comparing apples to apples.
I felt like the luckiest guy in the world when I walked in and met Marty. He was a knowledgeable person who knew his products. I was able to describe my wife’s and my body habitus, sleep habit, i.e., side versus back sleepers and other details to Marty. I had already done some research through one of the AI tools, and he was also very accepting and patient of my uploading information and describing what I thought I needed.
He took off from this information and then explained in depth several of their products. I was able to lie on each one and we did settle on a good choice with a backup.
My wife then came on a separate visit, and independently chose the same bed. We have made our purchase.
I can’t tell you how fortunate I feel having walked into that store.”
