“This place has good parking. also The apartment itself is nice and well-designed compared to other places I have seen in Ventura and Oxnard. the management is very cooperative. many times my credit card did not work and they never charged me late fees. Thanks, Samantha, Linda, and the team. they are nice people. the place has a very good gym and good social activities too, and the location is the best in Oxnard in my opinion. The only thing they need to work on is the cleanliness of the aisles in higher floors like the second and third. Other than this, I am so happy with my rent. I don't think I will leave unless it gets more expensive. But I am happy I am here”

“Meat and produce is always fresh and on point for the carne asada. Mexican products on deck. Stocks always organzied and full. This is also my go to spot for taco meat when I do parties or taco caterings. Even if you dont know what you are doing they got it here. Everyone here is very attentive and friendly. Dont mind the rush hour they'll get you out quick.”
