“I took my 1970's era Technics turntable in for repair because for the cost of a repair it is unlikely that I can find something new of the same quality. I needed a new cartridge, had the machine serviced and cleaned. I came home with my turntable and put on an old Paul Simon record to test out the work. The sound is great and everything worked perfectly. Pure joy!”
“I would just like to give big big props to your employee at the store on Arnold Dr in Martinez. I have been to three other of your locations in the last 3 days and been on the phone since Friday with your 611 service and no one could help me and I walked in and he did one thing and it fixed my phone he is an amazing employee and I've always had absolutely wonderful results from this store!!!! Jeff, manager, and team were great, quick, thorough and affordable. What I appreciate more than anything was the quality of work and honesty. in todays market, unfortunately, we the consumer can be taken advantage. This was not the case with Walnut Creek Automotive. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return.”

“My wife and I went to the Pleasant Hill Store on Apr 26th because my iPhone 11 was not receiving internet. I decided to purchase an iPhone 15+. The sales rep, a young black gentleman whose name is pronounced Parran(spelling is incorrect, sorry) was absolutely F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C !!!!!!!! T-Mobile needs a thousand Parrans! He is very knowledgeable of the various plans and the pros and cons of each. His patience is unparalleled. We had so many question and he answered them all. While attending to us , he never failed to greet other customers when they entered the store. My wife then decided to purchase an iPhone 15+ for herself. We left the store as though it was Christmas again. I hope my handshake wasn't too firm. I was just ecstatic over the service I just received. It was great to see professionalism in a young person. This guy has a great future”

“I want to thank GPS Nation and, especially, Heather for going out of their way to see to it that I received the part I needed for my Garmin Delta Sport XC dog trainer. Garmin discontinued this model, so the replacement charging port dust cover is very difficult to find.
When I ran into troubles ordering (due to a problematic website update), Heather and GPS Nation went *well* out of their way to make up for my troubles, even expediting shipping at their expense. And for someone who wasn’t even a prior customer at that. Sometimes the small things people do say the most. Again, thank you, Heather and GPS Nation!”
“I was able to switch from Sprint to Tmobile super fast and I was able to keep my same number. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me, he was great. Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”

Lucky for us, when we went in a couple of evenings ago, the store was very slow (we were literally the ONLY customers) and Mohammed, the nice gentleman who served us, took the time to help us with EVERYTHING we needed without rushing us, or making us feel stupid! LOL! We all know how complicated even the "simplest" of smart phone can be today, so it's real refreshing when someone like Mohammed can do his job so well, and with such a good attitude! Thank you Mohammed...I'm going to drop off a gift card for the Cheesesteak Shop for you this week...promise! By the way, we are both super-happy with our new phones.”
“I have visited this location a few times. And honestly, based on my visits, I can believe that this location is much nicer than the one in Antioch. Although, I probably wouldn't drive half an hour to here to get what I needed; I could if I want. Anywho, we were in the area on Nov. 24, 2023, and it was Black Friday, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of deals they had. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The sales that I have been seeing said "30% off", which isn't much of a deal. I was in the need for pajama pants and some socks so I picked them up. I scanned them, and they were on sale. I also bought some accessories for my new phone, and I was pretty disappointed with the fact that they weren't on sale. While we were checking out, I decided to use my Target Circle rewards (like I do usually), and the person who checked me out suggested I spend a certain amount to get the discount. I didn't get their name, but the way they explained it to me was very helpful. And everything went through without any issues. Would I come to this Target again? If I am in the area again, maybe I may check it out. Since the Pittsburg Target closed down, I have mostly been going to the one in Antioch and this Target is out of my reach. I like how there is a parking garage underneath, which is nice especially in a place where parking is AWFUL.”

“I used to hang out here as a kid afterschool Drink Jolt, eat burgers, and be a nuisance...lol and they never made us leave. I came back after being gone for 28 years and WOW! Its like time stood still some of the product changed but overall the shop was about the same! The people working must have thought I was a nut and I got permission to just hang out again for a bit it was nice. It was nostalgic as well and bless them for being still so kind. “I had the best experience here yesterday morning! After filling my tank with really expensive gas on my way to Solano County Superior Court, I decided to run in and grab a coffee. It was a lot earlier than I usually get up and I was picking up a friend in Benicia on the way to the courthouse.The employee working was running TWO registers and had both lines moving smoothly when I went to check out. When I didn't put in my phone number for the buy seven, get one free deal, she nicely reminded me, but I told her I'm not a regular, just on my way to court to watch the animal cruelty case on the girl who tortured my late-sister's 3 cats. She wished me luck, expressed her support and angst at animal cruelty and sent me off with a smile.She was so efficient and awesome. It was really nice!”

“It's a 7-11..Prices are kind of high but it's a convenience store. They wanted to charge me $10 for a bag of ice...I almost had a heart attack. I told them you can keep your bag of ice, I don't need it that bad and if I do I will definitely go elsewhere...That's 100”
