“This is a great T-Mobile store! I changed from Metro PCS to T-Mobile today. A HUGE shout out to sales rep Marvin who helped me with my new phone. We ran into some issues on my side due to my credit lock/freeze. When I logged in it stated it was unfrozen. Marvin called corporate or someone to have them verify some information and security questions.
I answered them and then we were finally on our way. Marvin was so patient, kind, informative and a pleasure to work with. The whole process was 3 hours and 18 minutes but again that was all on my side, with all of my crap that I had forgotten about and had nothing to do with this store or location. I also like how they had about 6 sales reps at this store. The other two I went to before this one had 1-2 sales reps and there was a line. Call me a grumpy millennial but I hate waiting and I needed a new phone ASAP!! Go see Marvin at this location for your T-Mobile needs. He’s efficient, fast, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He never stopped having a smile on his face and he held good conversation while I was logging into fix all my crap in order to get my new phone. He didn’t make me feel stupid or dumb. He answered all of my mom’s questions as she is looking to switch eventually as well.
I was so embarrassed and annoyed with myself as I hate taking up peoples valuable time, but Marvin just helped me the entire way. I felt good with my purchase and definitely would recommend this store. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Marvin!!”

There was a women who said she didn't sell it to me and accused me of getting upset when she blamed me and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE SCAM ARTISTS”

Tonight, I had a technical issue with my phone, and was in the neighborhood, stopped by, and Abraham very quickly helped me out, solved all my problems. Fantastic customer service. I'm very impressed with them. They have my highest recommendation.”
“Tom at Tilt Electronics is amazing! As a hobby, I restore EM Pinball machines. When I just cannot figure out a pinball issue, I call Tom. He will come to my place with all of his parts and tools and will get my machine working 100%! Every time! Call Tom and he always will call you back. He will drive to your place, look over the game and then gets right to work on it! 5 stars Tilt Electronics!”

“I love this 7-Eleven. Every employee in here is so nice. They always say welcome to everyone who comes in. The pizza is very good. I love, just love their mini powdered donuts(made with real confectioners sugar) & the cinnamon and sugar donuts taste like snickerdoodles. They have just about every candy bar in king size. This is the best place to go if you have munchies and I must say thank you 7-11 for your excellent customer service.”
“I almost never stop in this 7-11 because it's not very convenient to my house, but I've been here 3 times recently while at different friend's houses nearby. The employees have been really nice each time. The outside could use a little cleaning up, it's often littered with trash, but that's probably not any fault of theirs, and I'm guessing that kind of comes with the neighborhood. Inside has been clean and well-stocked each time I've been in though, and that's what matters.”

“it's a 711 so here's what matters. it's clean, it's stocked, there's no lingering smell, the machines for coffee work, and the staff actually work on the food in a timely manner. additionally this one you can grab your own food instead of waiting for someone to get you it meaning I can get in and out with what I already know I want quickly.”
“This 7-Eleven location is very close to me, by location but also because of the people that run it. This is similar to any 7-Eleven but the people here are all so nice. I come here pretty often for a snack, ice cream for the wife, or even yogurt for our son. It's always fun to come here to grab a lotto tickets and a beer after work. The staff here really makes you feel like you're at home, they're always so smiley patient with all of the customers. They are always stocking the store and making sure that the everything is clean. I've never had a bad experience here, and I seem to always show up at least once a week. Stop by if you are in the need for a cold drink or a snack. The people here sure make it a pleasant experience. They have a huge selection of items and are open early morning to late night.”

“I want to give a shout out to Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication to her work! January 6th, I walked into the store, to take a number in line. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.”
