The customer service has been excellent, and the quality of the finished products has consistently been great. They are responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference when working with time-sensitive City projects. “I recently worked with Magna Chrome on a set of large metal prints for my office and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The image quality, color, detail, and overall finish are incredible — especially with snow and action ski photography. I worked directly with Teresa Lutz, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive, and honestly just fun to work with. She spent a lot of time helping me think through image selection, cropping, finishes, mounting, and overall presentation to make sure everything came out right. You can tell Magna Chrome really cares about quality and craftsmanship. The final prints feel truly gallery quality and completely transformed the space. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for high-end metal prints and great people to work with.”

“We recently used Steven's Printing to print our logo on envelopes, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeff and their customer service team was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was much faster than expected, and the quality of the printed envelopes came out great. Everything was handled smoothly, and communication was clear the entire time. We are very happy with the final product and we will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Amazing experience with OMS. Would highly recommend. Dave was extremely competent and caring. Felt like all services provided were above and beyond. Had x2 Sharp MX-4070v printers that were throwing a fault code. Dave replaced the required parts and worked with us to clean the printers and make sure they were setup and work properly. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!”

“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I had a shipping challenge that seemed impossible. FedEx said it couldn’t be done. UPS said it couldn’t be done. I was ready to give up. Then I met Mike at Cornerstone Copy & Mail. Where everyone else saw a problem, he saw a puzzle. He thinks outside the box to figure out how to get things inside the box. His creativity, persistence, and problem-solving are on another level. He refused to quit until he found a solution. In a world that keeps talking about AI replacing people, Mike is a reminder that true ingenuity, experience, and determination are still uniquely human. He’s a one-of-a-kind packing and shipping genius, and if you have something difficult to ship, don’t waste your time anywhere else.”

“My favorite errand to run is always Lafayette Pack & Ship. Sue and Ian are such a pleasure to visit and they do a great job with whatever I need them to do. Ian has notarized all kinds of things for our small business. He has taken passport pictures. He has packed and shipped many, many packages to send all over the country. Sue does a beautiful job printing my company newsletter every month. The pictures are bright and clear and all the colors pop. I really like the paper also. It has such a great feel. I am always getting compliments. The printing is always so quick too! I email Sue a pdf and she always calls me within an hour or two. A few times I have been one of those difficult customers with some thorny problem and both Sue and Ian are irrepressibly cheerful and innovative with their problem solving. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Jalen Tyson at Mike’s Camera for providing truly outstanding customer service. I called the store to ask if they had the Canon RF 70-200mm lens in stock, and Jalen was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful over the phone. When I arrived at the store, he provided the same excellent service in person. The entire process was quick, smooth, and efficient. Thanks to his help, I was able to purchase the lens I had been looking for, and I couldn’t be more excited to start shooting with my new Canon RF 70-200mm! I highly recommend Mike’s Camera to anyone looking for great customer service and a fantastic buying experience.”

“Absolutely the Best Customer Service Ever! The Owner is incredible. There was an issue with my FedEx delivery and he stayed on it, contacting FedEx daily and figuring out a way to get my notarized papers to where they needed to be before the deadline! He is kind, considerate and always helpful. This is not the first time he has assisted us and always comes through. We will definitely be our "go to" before we go anywhere else - because honestly, he can't help that FedEx screwed up, but he did everything he could to remedy the situation and got it done and that is what's important! Thank you.”
