As a result, the package got stuck in some warehouse. I contacted Jade, and she accompanied me through the UPS hotline and helped me find the package and set up its redelivery. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

“Best UPS Store Around — Hands Down!
I stop by this UPS Store several times a week, and it’s honestly one of my favorite errands. Joe, the owner, runs an incredible shop — friendly, fast, and always on top of things. He sets the tone for great service, and it shows every single time I walk in.
Laiqa is fantastic — super kind, always helpful, and her sense of humor just puts me overboard laughing every time. She somehow turns a quick stop into a comedy show — honestly, she should come with a warning label: “Caution — may cause uncontrollable laughter at the counter.”
It’s rare these days to find a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, but that’s exactly what Joe and his team have built here. Five stars just don’t feel like enough for how good they are!

“I recently worked with Magna Chrome on a set of large metal prints for my office and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The image quality, color, detail, and overall finish are incredible — especially with snow and action ski photography.
I worked directly with Teresa Lutz, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive, and honestly just fun to work with. She spent a lot of time helping me think through image selection, cropping, finishes, mounting, and overall presentation to make sure everything came out right.
