“I have been coming to Lafayette Pack and Ship + Print for a couple years now for unusual needs: printing maps, tokens, and more for a homebrewed Dungeons & Dragons campaign. I've asked Ian and Sue to field unusual requests with specific parameters (e.g. printing large custom battle maps in which the grid is perfectly 1"x1") that have often required a fair amount of trial-and-error. Ian and Sue have been patient, resourceful, and extraordinarily friendly as we work together to get my prints just right and marvel at the results. I wouldn't be able to run the home game that I do without them and I look forward to seeing them every time I need to prepare for my next session. This shop is a Lafayette gem!”

“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”

“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I rented a uhaul truck for my move. The owner was very friendly and gave me a holiday gift of not having to put gas in truck before returning it. Everything went smoothly and I returned the truck and put the key in the drop box. It was way less crowded and easier than going to a regular uhaul place.”

Vanessa deals with my mother with kindness , patience and appreciation my mom is 74. I always get my fax ,notary , important docs sent there or I send out from there with no problems ?”

Seeing how high the shipping cost was, he helped me find a smaller box and hacked it so my items fit perfectly into the box, saving me $50. “One of the few post offices I went when I felt they were diligent and fast. No queues, no hassle, .... They keep putting some of my mail into my neighbor, though. But besides that, no problem whatsoever. There is also a big enough parking.”

She was patient and organized with all of the paperwork that had to be done, and we got it done in about an hour. The store was pretty busy, and they did their best to get all of us taken care of. “I’ve never wittena review , but the customer service here was amazing !! I had time sensitive documents that were delayed and tracker said it was still in oakland. Then I called fedex and they said it was at this location but i would not be able to obtain it since there is “too much volume” and they couldn’t help me. Determined and down to a deadline, I drove to this location and very nice lady named “Rishan” (sorry if i spelled this wrong) went above and beyond to locate it . With the help of some other coworkers they looked for a while and located it and I was able to submit these documents right on time down to the last minute .Be more like these folks!”
