“I was looking to send a box to my family. Very good service, and good prices, the guy that works there was very kind and gave me all the info I needed to send and track my package. They also fix cellphones so I ended up getting a screen protector for my iPhone while I was there. I’ve had it for a week and it looks good. Highly recommend!”

“My favorite errand to run is always Lafayette Pack & Ship. Sue and Ian are such a pleasure to visit and they do a great job with whatever I need them to do. Ian has notarized all kinds of things for our small business. He has taken passport pictures. He has packed and shipped many, many packages to send all over the country.
Sue does a beautiful job printing my company newsletter every month. The pictures are bright and clear and all the colors pop. I really like the paper also. It has such a great feel. I am always getting compliments. The printing is always so quick too! I email Sue a pdf and she always calls me within an hour or two.
A few times I have been one of those difficult customers with some thorny problem and both Sue and Ian are irrepressibly cheerful and innovative with their problem solving. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.”

“Hi everyone. I want to share my experience visiting this UPS store. I had a difficult situation where, due to tariffs, I couldn't receive a package at my home address. As a result, the package got stuck in some warehouse. I contacted Jade, and she accompanied me through the UPS hotline and helped me find the package and set up its redelivery. She was incredibly polite and very professional. I highly recommend this UPS office to anyone who wants fast and high-quality service. Good luck to everyone!”
“The store was remarkably clean and well lit. It feels comfortable walking in, and the employees are always attentive and pleasing. The vibe is that they seem to enjoy their job, the store is orderly and clean, and service was smooth. Way better than going to the post office or fedex. Those places are dirty and intense.”

“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena at the Mt. Diablo FedEx Office! We came in struggling with the sizing and printing for a DIY wedding project, and she immediately went above and beyond to help us.
She figured out the correct sizing, helped us choose the perfect paper, made sure everything printed correctly, and then even helped us cut everything out! She also showed us how to use the cutter so we could work alongside her. We genuinely could not have completed this project without her.
Elena was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I honestly can’t remember ever receiving customer service this exceptional. “Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

“A dumpy hole in the wall with alley parking that has every conceivable size of cardboard box you can think of as well as miles of bubble wrap and bags of packing dunnage. We needed a box 8” x 8” x 36” and I was amazed to find they had boxes exactly that size! A most useful and fascinating place. I wish I’d taken photos…”

“My husband and I just received such high quality service it honestly amounted to concierge level service from Ali who processed our expired passport renewal. We arrived without an appointment (you can make an appointment but they will try to serve you if they can even without an appointment,) Ali took our photos, processed the forms and in ten minutes at most, we were all set and out the door. Best of all was Ali’s professionalism and friendly attitude.
UPDATE: On the above review and an added exceptional experience. We applied for our US Passport renewals with Ali at Alamo USPS on July 15, 2025. We received our new Passports Aug 13 and 15, 2025. Great service time.
