“I wish more people knew about this magical bulk refill store. It’s so thoughtfully designed and has almost everything someone needs to live more sustainably. You can tell the staff really care about their customers and sustainability. You must try their candy and chocolate section and the personal care is chef’s kiss!
The design is modern and luxurious, but don’t be fooled- it’s so affordable! You can also order online which is so convenient and perfect for the busy person in need of non-perishables.
I’ve also hired them to bring their PopUp Shop (beautiful self-serve bins for snacks) at one of my corporate events. It was a huge hit with my 250 guests!

“This Trader Joe's is our weekly grocery store for certain items like the sparkling berry lemonade drink. The bacon, baby broccoli, and the fixings to make a pizzas are typical go to items. One of the things I like about this store is the bags they offer. This lemon one I had to get because of the color. The store is clean but does have low stock in certain items throughout the week which is a hassle sometimes but the staff is kind and helpful whenever I am looking for something.”
“Its a Trader Joe's. I was only disappointed that the staff didnt respond appropriately when I asked "where can I find dates?" He said, "you'll find the dates are with the nuts in Isle 5." Otherwise, it's cool. Free parking at the parking garage for an hour.”
“Hey yall ? so I was on the hunt for these scooby snacks my friend's brother told me about that he got from trader Joe's up north. So I head to traders Joe's on Sepulveda store #33 and as I'm looking for them I can't find them because i dont know the name or have picture. But i gave her a brief description ans she says lets find them. We looked but was unsuccessful but she says wait we going to find them. And she recruits Ms.Veronica..so we all look off the description i gave but none was on the floor. Then Ms.Veronica says I believe another customer asked about these let me go to the back and see what I can locate. Did i mention they are seasonal So a few minutes or so passed and then them doors swung open and he comes Ms Veronica with a box of the scooby snacks i been tastings allday long at work. You get a bag, you get a bag and you get a bag ???? You know Ms.Stacy could have been like nah we don't have any or no I don't know what you talking about. But nah she did brush me off or rush..she saw it to the end. I'm am not a regular trader Joe shopper, but after this filled adventure mini savagery hunt with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DETAILED ENGAGEMENT I AM NOT. Thank you management at store #33 for crew member like Stacy and Veronica they are the super dope. Yall definitely need more like them. And shout out to Catilian (sp) (I didn't have my glasses on) who hopped on the register and gave me a speedy checkout. “I ❤️ TJ. They have the best-frozen healthy options to make a quick meal. I love their frozen roasted corn, it's so delicious. I love to add it to my Spanish Rice or as a side dish with my Steak or let's go and make street Mexican corn, wow just thinking of it is making my mouth watery. I have never been disappointed with TJ except when they have the mini totes on sale and they run out because people go crazy and buy by the dozen and don't know how to share. Other than that, I love my TJ. ?”
“Wheelchair accessible, and also closest grocery store near me. Service is phenomenal and the cashiers even give you a little humor when your checking out. Massive vegetarian selection, products with common allergies but a load of other options. If you don’t feel like asking a employee where an item is, there are little tablets near the checkout section where you can find your item. So much more stuff to say about this place but I can’t finish it all. There are restrooms too.”

“I’m not as loyal to Gelson’s as my parents were, but they still have the freshest salad bar and the best deli/fresh food options. And everyone who works at this location is lovely, friendly, helpful and so patient!! Shout to Claudia and Carissa in the bakery, who always go the extra mile for my mom and I, and to Lenny at the register, who always manages to put a smile on my face!!”

“Overall decent experiences at this Trader Joe’s, but my piece of feedback is regarding the poor and almost frantic line management. Please prioritize customers who have been waiting (and have less than 30 items). There needs to be a better system of checking out those who have been waiting longer and have fewer items.”

“What sweet and helpful staff. They are always nice and ready to help with what we need. This grocer has the basics you need for the neighborhood and an extended liquor selection for anyone. In addition to the basic grocery needs and wide liquor selection, there is an actual butcher! The shop is clean and there is ample easy parking. In the parking lot you can also find a recycle exchange to get your deposits back. I’m not sure what the recycle hours are but the grocer hours are nice and late. What a great asset to have in the neighborhood.”

And this location on Burton Way stands out from all of them because of the caring, attentive, helpful and always cheerful employees. I cannot say enough about these people. If you need something…they help with a caring way. Living in Los Angeles…I can go to any of the 3 stores in my area, but I choose to come to this one on Burton Way for the great people in this store. “In the heart of Beverly Hills, this gem of a market is clean, organized, and has everything you need - fresh essential produce, to delicious take out and necessities, BH market has it all. Owners are so nice and helpful!! Such a great addition to the city and community. Check out their Persian food and sushi. Absolutely phenomenal!”
