“Market's like Bob's are some of my favorite market's. Bob's is great for the deli, along with the prepared foods. When I need staple items, I go to the big chains. But, Bob's is special for certain items that you cannot find in your chain grocery stores. Something about independent grocery stores. The service here is excellent. The deli is excellent, the prepared food is excellent. The liquor selection is excellent. I always make it a point to visit independent grocery stores when I travel. Bob's is always great!”

“When I am in town, I am certain to shop at Marine Market before I go anywhere else. They have been open for many years now, under the same ownership. I appreciate the small, locally run market and want to support it!! I love seeing Nadia who is ALWAYS there (poor thing could use a vacation!). We have known each other for years now. It's a warm welcome to see a local market, year after year, especially with the onslaught of expensive, quick turnover, hipster, often annoyingly trendy shops that Venice/Santa Monica usually offers. My daughter and I walk down to get ice cream or candy. In the evening, I walk down for a bottle of wine. They have a great selection. It's a nice leisuring stroll, to a quiet local market, that I will forever have fond memories of forever.”

“I like their specialty items - they sell foods that I can't find anywhere else. The prices are exorbitant though, and I've brought home moldy produce on a few occasions ( grapes and bell peppers). Overall, I love the convenience of this store - it's right down the street from me, so I can walk over and get my 10% membership discount once a month. I hope they read this review and keep a closer eye on their produce!”

“Overall 5 for attitude, cleanliness and staff; Food Bar is 3-4; Amazon Returns 3-4 only because there is one station, not fault of the employees.I’ve been to several WF in the area and this is the best in terms of cleanliness, staff attitude and low crowds. While food bar is lower, I occasionally eat it. Then organic produce selections can get low though so coming when there are plenty depends on the hours.I was torn to post because I don’t want more people coming here, but ultimately I want to give a shout out to the staff. ?”

“I've been going to this Vons for year's and recently had a good experience with Christina who introduced me to the Vons app, and the Weds and Friday specials - which I usually never paid attention to. I have the Pavillions app, and thought it was the same for Vons. Christina explained the app and how it works and I really appreciate the extra time and quality of her service. “I've was told mixed reviews about this Ralphs but I must say this location was fully stocked. Staff was very pleasant and helped me scan and saved 27.00 bucks. I went around 8:00pm and was helped by Aron. He was a very kind young man checking out and bagging groceries. I told him hey I got this he still insisted on helping me but I bagged the rest. Great customer service Aron thank you for the scan tip on my app.”

“My cousins and I did a pit stop here en route to Venice Beach. This place has a single-person restroom, and it was kept pretty clean. The store itself is well maintained and had a variety of drinks and snacks. The gas station had prices comparable to all gas stations in the West LA area, and patrons were mostly locals just stopping by for gas. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that their system for making credit card transactions went out that day, so I couldn't buy anything since I do not usually carry cash. Other than that, it is a pretty legit place to stop for convenience.”
