Made an appointment for 1pm and got there early. 3 employees were chatting outside, so I went inside and only 1 employee greeted me, and that Employee was ADAM. He was Super NICE and asked me straight away if I needed any help. So I explained to him what my probleGF⁶ talking. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER here DEFINITELY NEEDS to give ADAM A RAISE or at least an Employee of the Month.

“I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them.
