“I recently went to this AT&T location with my mother . I was helped by Rick. Before even getting to the store I went on an hour drive to pick up 3 brand new IPhone 16 Pros. I called the store after I received them from Best Buy and Rick answered. Rick was so kind and receptive. I told him that I needed help setting 3 new phones and transferring all of our old data from our IPhone 6S, 7, and XR. Without hesitation, he said we could come in and he would help.
When we got to AT&T store he greeted us and we sat down at a table together. Rick was patient throughout the whole process. He helped us get a better plan for our family account and transferred over all data without any issue. Rick is the type of employee that we all hope to encounter when we go to an AT&T store with an issue. I am so grateful that we had Rick to help us. I hope that he stays at this location because he is great at what he does. He also has a ton of experience which makes sense as to why he made everything effortless.
I would be remiss not to mention Josh who assisted when needed but was inventorying the entire store the entire time we were there. Both gentleman were excellent.

“I came in to fix the broken hinge and front screen on my Z Flip 5. Eddy was able to order the part and fix it super quickly, I just had to wait a few days for the part to arrive which is fine. “YeaMac in Burlingame, California did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing my MacBook Pro. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure the issue was fully identified and fixed correctly. It turned out the MacBook itself was defective, and if they hadn’t taken the time to thoroughly diagnose it, I would have ended up spending a lot more money unnecessarily.
They also upgraded my other Apple computer, and it’s working perfectly. Their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the care they put into their work, and I will absolutely be coming back for any future Apple product needs. Highly recommend!”

“Luis was on time reliable and quick to repair my wife's phone. Highly recommend him because having your phone repaired right outside your home is a big convenience since leaving your home with a broken phone can be unsafe if stranded or in need of help. Will definitely use him again if my WIFE breaks her phone again haha”
