“Our customer representative was outstanding ! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We went to trade in 2 iPhones and upgrade to the 15 Pro. He took the time to explain everything, set up the new phones and upgraded our monthly family plan to a better 5G plan while reducing our monthly fees! I was very impressed with the customer care and noticed how attentive and helpful all of the other staff members were with their customers as well.”
“I was having troubles with my phone while deployed. I had multiple hour long conversations with AT&T support and none of them could fix the issue. I couldn’t call or text my family or friends and Alvaro through the phone with my girlfriend fixed the problem in less then 10 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about him, He lifted a massive weight off my shoulders and he’s the reason I will keep being an AT&T customer for life. Thank your Alvaro your the best!”
“Called ahead to see if store was able to purchase my dads used iPhones, and was told to come in to the store. When we arrived we got a fair price, and was able to get cash as soon as we agreed on the sale. Very easy, good customer service, great store in the mall, good place to buy or sell and they also have most accessories.”

I don’t know why people go in there thinking it’s going to be cheap. You pay for what you get . You pay for awesome service and the experience. A lot of people on here don’t have common sense they want everything handed to them . The biggest scammers are the customers trying to bring down the employees. I would continue to go to this store and show my appreciation for these kind of workers. Your kindness and patience does not go unnoticed. That lady Ivette is the biggest scammer. I was in there that day and she was being rude for no reason . She does work for prime America biggest scam out there !”

“I walked into the Apple Store on El Paseo on one of the most difficult days I’ve had in years. To make matters worse, my phone—something I rely on heavily—suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t stay powered on. In a moment of panic, I rushed to the store without an appointment, unsure of what to expect.
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an incredibly kind concierge associate (I wish I remembered his name—he was wearing glasses). His warmth and attentiveness immediately put me at ease. Despite my lack of an appointment, he reassured me that I would leave with a smile, and he quickly arranged for me to meet with a Genius Bar technician.
I was then helped by Mageline (apologies if I’m misspelling her name), who provided what I can confidently say is the best customer service I have experienced in the valley. She went above and beyond in every way—she listened carefully, communicated clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and detail. Her kindness and sincerity made a meaningful impact on me during a moment when I truly needed support.
Not only did she resolve the issue with my phone, but she also lifted my spirits and even made me laugh. Exceptional service like this has become rare, and it deserves to be recognized.
This location has earned my loyalty for life. A sincere thank you to Mageline and to the wonderful concierge who helped set everything in motion. You are both outstanding.
