They don’t just tell me where it is they actually walk with me talk to me and listen to what I’m looking for. I have had good experiences at other petcos befor but this store hold the ranking as my favorite thus far 😊👍👍

44967 Oasis Street, IndioUPDATE: I took Milo back to puppy paws since the incident that first occurred. I have them a second chance and I’m glad I did. First off Mary did great with his groom, Milo looks great! Milo also came home feeling much less stressed than normal. Milo has a lot of anxiety around going to groomers so he gets very stressed out but today he was a bit better and he was able to mellow out sooner as well. I’m very happy with the service and I will continue taking Milo to Puppy Paws.
I want to give an update…I recently took my dog Milo to Puppy Paws and we had a very negative experience which I had previously posted about. The owner of puppy paws, Mary, ended up contacting me directly regarding the situation. She took the time to speak with me and hear me out and was genuine with an apology which I was very grateful for. We were able to work out a solution and make things right which I truly appreciate it. After speaking to Mary, I will be taking Milo back to Puppy Paws in the future and Mary will be grooming him. I believe in second chances and I believe Puppy Paws deserves that from me.

JUST GROOMED PET SALON
44100 Jefferson Street Ste 501 East, IndioMy dog is very timid and absolutely terrified of water, so I was nervous about how grooming would go. They were so patient and gentle with her! When I picked her up, her tail was wagging and she was so happy. It was such a relief to see her have such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🐾❤

Westward Ho Dr, La QuintaI’ve sent my mini Sheltie puppy to Kat’s in-home Board and Train program twice now and she has done an OUTSTANDING job with him!! He first went for 7 nights when he was 4.5 months old and again for a 3 night refresher to reinforce existing skills and learn an important new command once he was more mentally mature at 7 months old. Kat took the time to really understand his lifestyle and shape his training goals with me ahead of both stays and both times we got back a happy, healthy and focused pup who loves to show off his tricks and manners! He was understandably a little nervous the first time we dropped him off but the second time he was thrilled to be back, which just shows how much fun he had there with her!! You can tell that Kat cares deeply about the dogs she works with and I’m so glad we found her out here in the desert. I highly recommend the customizable board and train service to provide structure, fundamentals and/or personalized learning (then you just need to stay consistent at home continuing to reinforce the new skills). Thank you Kat for all you’ve taught Ozzie - we will definitely be back!

She spent a great amount of time getting to know our Biggie and showing us how to walk him. We now enjoy our walks and hikes.We then signed him up for her 6 week group training and they were so educational. Our dog had previously failed group classes somewhere else because of his high energy so we were nervous but she accepts all dogs and he ended up doing great this time around thanks to her. Highly recommend.

When we arrived, we asked the restaurant if it was okay to bring the pie in, which they gladly accepted and were gracious enough to even provide us with plates and a pie cutter at no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will gladly be coming back.

Staff was friendly and patient since my wife let me try to pick something on my own... The interior is bright and modern and they do have a large selection of beverages as well as random knick knacks everywhere. My wife ordered the Brown Sugar (her favorite) and I tried the Hokkaido for the first time. Their containers are interesting, but functional and I must say the beverage was a perfect sweet treat while running around town that day.
