They don’t just tell me where it is they actually walk with me talk to me and listen to what I’m looking for. I have had good experiences at other petcos befor but this store hold the ranking as my favorite thus far 😊👍👍

44967 Oasis Street, IndioUPDATE: I took Milo back to puppy paws since the incident that first occurred. I have them a second chance and I’m glad I did. First off Mary did great with his groom, Milo looks great! Milo also came home feeling much less stressed than normal. Milo has a lot of anxiety around going to groomers so he gets very stressed out but today he was a bit better and he was able to mellow out sooner as well. I’m very happy with the service and I will continue taking Milo to Puppy Paws.
I want to give an update…I recently took my dog Milo to Puppy Paws and we had a very negative experience which I had previously posted about. The owner of puppy paws, Mary, ended up contacting me directly regarding the situation. She took the time to speak with me and hear me out and was genuine with an apology which I was very grateful for. We were able to work out a solution and make things right which I truly appreciate it. After speaking to Mary, I will be taking Milo back to Puppy Paws in the future and Mary will be grooming him. I believe in second chances and I believe Puppy Paws deserves that from me.

Best Paw Forward

She spent a great amount of time getting to know our Biggie and showing us how to walk him. We now enjoy our walks and hikes.We then signed him up for her 6 week group training and they were so educational. Our dog had previously failed group classes somewhere else because of his high energy so we were nervous but she accepts all dogs and he ended up doing great this time around thanks to her. Highly recommend.

Family own and ran with love and care. I ordered the burger breakfast special. Its huge! Cooked perfectly, seasoned well. Carmelized onions, arugula, bacon and an over easy egg. Came with delicious potatoes too. I cannot wait to go back for dinner. Bonus that James Suer, local realtor and food reviewer was there having breakfast too!!

My partner ordered honey lavender iced latte (which I typically always think is too overpowered otherwise places) this one was just right. So decadent.
Not the best for meetings since they are right next to the street and they only have outside seating. Very limited food, only a few sweet pastries. But high quality beverages, for sure.
