Doug Moore the GM and Coby Cruz, the Director of Home Integration have impressive knowledge about AV equipment in general and B&O products in particular; they offer extraordinary personal customer service - in store, in home and by cell phone. The end result is great sound, best of class design and a world class sales and support team.”

“This used to be my go to target for a long time until it wasnt. Stock is always low on almost every item and parking is limited. Other than that its a ok location right on Colorado which makes for a convenient spot.”

“I was assisted by a fantastic lad upon entering the store. I explained my situation and he literally gave me a breakdown of all of my MacBook options along with his suggestions and the reasons why he felt they would be a good fit for my needs. This experience was a HUGE level up from my experience at the Grove. I know Eddie doesn’t get commission for selling me the MacBook I decided to purchase but seriously, if you’re not a techy like me and need help in choosing the best Apple product for you, request Eddie. “We normally go to a different 7 11 location but we're in Pasadena and needed a Big Gulp refill and 2 pepperoni pizzas for pi day. Bunny was the only worker and it was extremely busy, but he never fell behind making pizzas, cashiering, or serving the food. All with a very upbeat attitude.”
