Dr. Austin is a young modern MD - at St. George’s Medical Clinic is truly outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about his patients. What really sets him apart is the time he takes with you—he actually sits down and talks with you at length, answering questions in depth and making sure you fully understand what’s going on and how he can help.
You never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and approaches care thoughtfully instead of just pushing you out the door. Dr. Austin is the kind of doctor you hope to find but rarely do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who is smart, patient, and genuinely great at what he does.”
“My visit was quick and efficient. I made an account online and made an appointment through their patient portal. My doctor had sent in the order already, though I couldn't tell just by looking online - I did have to take my doctor's office's word for it. The instructions on fasting and how long to fast for came from my doctor as well, not Quest. I showed up a few minutes early for a weekday 9 AM appointment and checked in using my phone. I was called in just a minute or two later and there was no other wait time. I'm sure everybody's experience will differ, but mine was positive.”
“Dr. Kamal and his staff are excellent to work with. They have helped us get through COVID and be able to safely and quickly test our patients and employees. They often go out of their way to help us and our patients. Would highly recommend!”
“Very convenient location inside the Walgreens at the corner of Lake and Del Mar. It is best to go online to check appointment availability as well as lab services. I was able to walk in in the morning without an appointment. I checked in using the convenient kiosk along the wall. Wait time was about 40 minutes. I was called into the office by the clinician. She administered my tests quickly and efficiently. The clinic area was clean and well organized. All paperwork was double checked before I left with a friendly goodbye. Disappointing that Labcorp is closed Saturday and Sunday.”
“I'm a difficult stick. The lady there gets me the first try every time. Other places, even the hospital usually takes multiple tries digging around looking for the vein. Not her, she's the best.”

The kiosk check in was easy and effective .
The attendant was beyond nice and knew how to draw blood like I’ve never seen before, In other words painless, I highly recommend this location for QUEST!!”
“Friendly and well-trained staff, plus a clean and hygienic facility. Only downside was the long queue, I arrived at 7.20am on a Saturday and had to wait until 8.35am to be seen. Next time I’ll arrive much earlier!”
“I’ve always found this Labcorp very nice, and clean. The receptionist was professional,and careing. I do wish they were open on Saturdays a couple of times a month. It would be very helpful for people that work . This is my 1st choice over all the other Labcorp’s.”
“I bought my 10 month old for a blood draw. I wasn't sure what to expect because small human = small veins. Ivan got it the first time and my son did not even whimper. I was shocked (in a good way). The whole event was uneventful which is exactly what I wanted. =) Thanks Ivan! You rock!”
