They helped me package everything to Minnesota in a huge box and assisted me tremendously from making copies and certifying and mailing very important documents that I had to turn in time sensitive and gave me the best price on the products. They truly know their product knowledge & are so professional while maintaining the most friendliest of personalities. I will not go to any other UPS store but this store. Empty shelves, racks, and hooks everywhere. I can't say for sure, but unfortunately, it looks like they're going to close down this location soon.”

“The Glen Ellen post office and its staff are a great benefit to those of us who live here. I have been there easily 250+ times over the past 10 years, and used most services eg packages of all sizes, delivery times from urgent to not, packing help needed or not, domestic and international. The staff is polite, friendly (and knows locals' first names), and knowledgeable. They also care about your money: if there is a particular type of envelope for overnight or other expedited service that will get it there at roughly the same time as a different one sized the same, they let you know before you commit to the more costly one because you were not aware. You are a person to them, not a transaction. The facility is clean. Closing time, to them, means you can walk in the door at precisely that time and they take care of you; no "that would take 10 minutes and we are now closed." We keep a p.o. box there, and they have a terrific and very easy system to get your packages if over-sized and unable to fit in your box: with no assistance needed, so can do by yourself on weekends as well, speedily. Lots of parking in a dedicated lot right there. And an outdoor drive-through mailbox: you pull your car up, open your driver's side window, drop whatever you are mailing into the secure box, then be on your way without having even exited the car. I almost never post reviews. But when I saw this rating I was taken aback. It very simply does not reflect whatsoever how people around here feel, in fact the it's opposite. Every post office should operate like this one does, and we are lucky to have it.”

“I walked into the office and saw that all the employees were with a customer so I continued to wait patiently. An employee who was clearly off the clock and on her way out the door took the time to show me that since I already had a label I could use the automated system. She took my box and scanned it, showed me where to place it and made sure I got the receipt. All off the clock and on her way out the door. She didn’t need to do that, and no one should expect her to, but she was helping both myself and her coworkers. Lovely experience.”

“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”

“(UPDATED) I came in on Tuesday the 13th, (there was a new girl here with amazing redish hair) no name tag and no name on the receipt but she was very appealing to me, she greeted me as I entered the store, she was extremely helpful and polite and offered me grace as I pulled up my Amazon code as it took longer then normal for me due to my service.. but I wanted to thank her again and let her boss know how amazing she is in customer service as a young lady ? ahhh I wanted to update this because I found out the young ladies name..
