I thought I had lost all pictures and contacts etc,. I have to mention I had already gone to 3 other Verizon stores. Then I went to this Verizon and was helped by Gil and I just have to say he figured it out in no time. He fixed the issue and was so great at explaining what was going on and also helped me set everything else on new phone. I am forever thankful Gil you are amazing! Thank you for all your help.
