After struggling with phone support, Carlos personally took on my issue. He called customer service himself, pushed through roadblocks, and even escalated the matter to management, refusing to take no for an answer. While the issue itself couldn’t be resolved that day, Carlos’s dedication was unwavering. On top of that, he found ways to reduce my bill to better suit my needs.
