“I had the worst experience at the San Rafael location yesterday and this morning. I ended up having to go back but didn't go to the San Rafael location, as I was in Petaluma later in the morning. I stopped off at this T-Mobile store in Petaluma and it was day and night from the San Rafael location. As soon as I walked into the store I was acknowledged and this young man came to ask me what I needed. His name was Alfredo and he was so pleasant to deal with. I work in customer service so I know how difficult it can be but a good morning/afternoon with a smile goes a long way. I live in San Rafael but will definitely be driving up to Petaluma to go to this store. Such amazing customer service ??.”

“I went in seeking help because I couldnt get past the security pin from gmail on my new phone due to my previous phone being water damaged and not being able to receive the pin. I thought I had lost all pictures and contacts etc,. I have to mention I had already gone to 3 other Verizon stores. Then I went to this Verizon and was helped by Gil and I just have to say he figured it out in no time. He fixed the issue and was so great at explaining what was going on and also helped me set everything else on new phone. I am forever thankful Gil you are amazing! Thank you for all your help. Highly reccomend this store and specially Gil!”
“My family and I had a very satisfactory experience with the customer service at this location. Joaquin. G, was very patient and polite in answering all my questions and helped me get a new phone in no time. The young lady who was also present on 8/31/22 (please forgive me I'm not the best at remembering names) was very kind and sweet with my daughter. “Pretty sure we have all been to Target and know what to expect at this point. This particular location is a solid choice compared to neighboring cities with Targets in them. Clean, easy to navigate and helpful staff, not sure what else to really expect from a big box store. I've been here several times for pickups and returns which were easy to perform and lines moved quickly. Self-checkout lines are also well organized by staff helping patrons, if need be, so again well done. A review sometimes does help for chain big box stores, so just leaving it at that.”
