He gave me the information I needed in order to decide on a new phone and the accessories, as well as transferred my information to my new phone. He did all of this while helping 7 other people who came in the store and was kind and courteous to everyone!”

Better than the store itself is the shining star "Abdul"...literally the most experienced, well rounded, intelligent, and friendly cell pro you'll ever meet. This guy makes Elon Musk look like he's still in preschool. What can't I say about Abdul. The guy is amazing. He should be running the store. Better yet, he should be running a region. Even better, this guy should be the Corporate Trainer for all Cricket Stores. (I outta' know, I've been in Executive Management for 20+ years.). “Well... I needed assistance reactivating cell service to my boyfriend's phone that has been off for 7 months now. I called 3 metroPcs stores and one store quoted me $70 the second store quoted me $76 and then at this store I was quoted $50 by an employee named Alex. He was so awesome! He helped me and explained everything to me perfectly. I liked him a lot. He made everything so smooth and was pleasant to work with. Dude drives all the way to Rohnert park from Oakland!!!!!????? Say what!!!?? All around awesome experience and he didn't overcharge me either. Love ya Alex!!!!!! Great employee”

“I like this pharmacy because they really care and they are friendly. Lynn is always kind, and the others are not far behind. They are a small pharmacy and have had a huge amount of business, coupled with the Covid and some employee changes so some problems might happen. They are people too and need the same tolerance they give their customers. being a small store is what attracted me. the personal service is why I am now a loyal customer. I do not understand the complaints of poor customer service. that has not been my experience. thank you for reading this.”
