“I’ve had such a great experience at TMobile in Pico Rivera that I have to post about my experience. I randomly walked in to switch providers and was helped by Jose Blanco. Genuinely nice guy and very patient in answering any and all questions we had. The deal was made but it was closing time so there were still many open items and things to clarify. Since that day we’ve called for Jose and he called back when he became available, and we went in for a few follow up visits and we specifically asked for Jose as he knew what we were trying to accomplish with our new plan. Each time, he welcomed us and continued to be friendly and patient as we required a lot of help getting set up, this was mainly due to us not being fully ready up front for the transition. We are now set up with all the details thanks to Jose. Also, I can confirm that TMobile maybe has the best coverage I’ve experienced in the Los Angeles area. Job well done, happy so far with TMobile and a lot of the sentiment has to do with our experience with Jose. Thanks man!”
