“Hello,,, I went this T- Mobile store to up grade my phone. I have to say the associate Violeta did help me to up-grade she took her time to explain all to do with up grade shae answered all my questions she made my day!!!! Great customer service very good people skills. Violeta restored my faith back into T-mobile I had a bad experience before but she made up for it and then some!!! Wish that their was more humans like Violeta. Hats off to her, this will be my local store and I will refer friends and family to this store. Thank you so much!!!!”
