“I've been on a T-Mobile family plan ever since they bought out Sprint and I was warned that T-Mobile had terrible customer service. Luckily that wasn't my experience! I arrived about an hour before closing so it was busy and I had to wait, but the employees were still very helpful. I got a much needed upgrade from a messed up, cracked, almost non-functional phone. I really appreciated the employees' patience and problem-solving since my old phone was so bad that we couldn't go through the standard method of upgrading using the T-Mobile app. They helped me settle on what model I would buy. The main person helping me even let me play around on her personal phone to check it out and that ended up being the model I chose. I had a great experience and really appreciate the effort they put in to help me even so close to closing.”
“I came to tho this location earlier today to replace my SIMS card or obtain an electronic one and was advised by one of the rep’s to add a new line and my phone would start working again or to wait it out. I obviously wasn’t going to add a line and I had somewhere to be so decided to come back later and I’m so glad I did. Vidi helped me out and my issue was resolved in less than 5 min.
