“What a breath of fresh air. Personal service with a bank manager who greets you and shakes your hand. I had to transfer a safe deposit box from El Cerrito which was downsizing. Piedmont was great. The teller and the manager helped us and personally guided us to the new box. I had documents and valuables and was a bit apprehensive. There were NO ISSUES. We completed the paperwork and got our keys. We set up the automatic deduction from my account. Easy-Peasy. Thank you so much. Back-in-the day, we talked about my Girls Scout cookies and the tellers were very interested. It is a community bank. Do not let the Nay-Sayers deter you. I do miss the Saturday hours that were reduced during COVID. Still a friend place and personalized service. Who does that these days!!??”

“The branch may be temporarily closed, but the ATM is full of cash and working! In Piedmont, a typical household earns over $207,222. Good to know the bank still can service the ATM for the community in dire times! FYI, the daily limit for cash withdrawals is $1000.”

“I am often in this branch and have always had respectful, although at times, somewhat clueless service...until yesterday.Yesterday I went in to open an additional account. Note that I already have an account there; I am NOT a stranger, or at least, I shouldn't be to them.Nope, no can do. You have to make an appointment. O.K., I am not giddy with happiness that I have to make another trip back, but, whatever. However, the "Senior Branch Premier Banker", Ms. F., who "helped" me did not know what a POD account was, insisted she had told me something she did NOT tell me, and flatly, rudely contradicted me, not once, but twice.Unnecessarily unpleasant and disrespectful. I am taking my money elsewhere.”
