“Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . His ability to be helpful, friendly, and not pressuring was the perfect customer service balance. “Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! Each time I have needed help, this Berkeley store has been perfect. THANK YOU!!”
