“Under new ownership as of 5 months ago so ignore bad reviews older than that. My mom’s truck needed a tow and it just so happened to be the owner of this body shop. The truck was fixed in a day and I took my own car in to have some work done. Amazing service, everyone was really friendly, and we will be coming back for our routine maintenance.”
“It was very good, the bad thing is that you have to come prepared in case you need to add additional services to your vehicle reservation and it ends up being very expensive. Yes, it is quite helpful for the driver during his trip, but the service is variable for everyone, depending on what service they like to add to the rental.”

“I received exemplary service from Kiki during my recent experience. Upon nearing the facility, I contacted her to request transportation from the body shop, and she promptly arranged for a driver. From my arrival, I was greeted with exceptional service by Kiki, and I enjoyed a pleasant interaction with the manager, John. I initially was unaware that I had ordered an electric vehicle; however, Kiki efficiently accommodated my request for a standard car for three days. Kiki demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, politeness, and a delightful sense of humor. Additionally, I noticed her beautifully styled hair, and she kindly referred me to her stylist. Overall, my experience was positive, and despite some negative reviews online, I found the office to be of high quality with commendable personnel.”

“This company and the guy that handled my car rental was awesome, they came through in a pinch, I had plans to drive to LA and previously I had gone through Enterprise so I had a car reservation through Enterprise and at the last minute they wouldn’t take my license with my debit card because my license was from another state. So I frantically called around and found Avis in Pittsburgh, not only was the rental experience great but it was so much cheaper”
