While the carts are a bit large for the narrow aisles, the overall shopping experience is very comfortable. “I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included waiting in line. THANK YOU MELISSA AND AUTUMN FOR SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sincerely appreciate your help.”

“This is by far my favorite Home Goods, and I have two which are closer to me . For me, it is worth the drive. This store is always clean and well organized. I especially like the dishes, by color, along the long outside wall. Unlike other HG, it is calm, and the aisle are easy to navigate. It doesn't feel over stuffed. Kudos to management, and staff!”

You walk through the aisles and every section feels different, like there’s always a chance to discover something unexpected ?✨. Some pieces really stand out, and you can tell there are good finds here if you take your time.
The vibe is active but not overwhelming — people moving, browsing, comparing, all part of that flow ??. It gives you that little boost, like you’re in the middle of something dynamic.
Definitely one of those places where you feel the potential of finding something great.

“Not all Marshall HomeGoods stores created equal A couple of days ago, I wasn't particularly looking for anything in store, but happened that I spotted few throw pillows that I liked. Wow, they were on clearance sales $18.00 from original sticker price $64.99 a piece. I selected two, and asked the cashier if I could return if they don't work well with my furnitures. Regina, the store key staff, was behind the cashier, she kindly reminded the cashier that starting early October, all merchandise can be returned before January 25, 2024. - with price tags attached. So joyfully I carried these cushions home. It ended up that I went back to the store and got more throw pillows. Regina was always there to assist her associates and me with smiles. I told her that I really like this store, well organized and displayed. I am happy that the store is here in Rowland Heights.”

“Everything was so cuteeee . I was so happy to find a daiso ,I remember one by Bristol and something but it closed down and finding this one made so happy hahaha. I got my baby brother a dinosaur plushie, its so soft and cute he'll definitely like it. Everything was so clean and lots of different products so hard to decide on what to buy and everything was so cheap very good prices . I'll definitely try to come again. “I had such a great experience at Popcorn Home Shopping in Garden Grove! The store has a huge selection of quality products, and the prices are very reasonable. While other employees were helpful, Laura Lye went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service. She ensured I found everything I needed and was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had so many bags to carry, that I forgot my phone and she even helped me find it when I went back for it. Thanks to her and the Sephora employee, I was able to find it and am so grateful for them. My girlfriend asked me to get her a lipstick from a brand I hadn’t heard of, Elizabeth helped me and was very patient and kind as I had no clue what I was buying for my girlfriend. Elizabeth helped me find a fragrance for both myself and my now fiancée to make the moment even more memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had a 10/10 experience! “Great experience at this Kohl’s location. I completed the receipt feedback on the Kohl’s website but Keely is definitely worth having me taking the time to recognize her professionalism by name (the Kohl’s feedback didn’t give me this option).
By mere coincidence the last 3 times I visited the Buena Park store Keely was my cashier and the very first time was a bit overwhelming as I requested price adjustments and was told I had to physically bring the items in, ANNOYING as I have the receipts on my app. I complied and throughout the whole process I’m pretty sure management could have made life a bit easier for me because when I did come back with the items in hand it turns out that I only had one item that was actually eligible for a price adjustment. (You know, Kohl’s cash, sale, etc.) and Keely maintained her professionalism upon my return. And then I drove a friend over to make a cash cc payment and ended up buying a couple of items and Keely was my cashier again! Lol. Awesome coincidence, thanks Keely, keep up the great work!

“Great store mostly catering to women. Great value for all purchases but store caters to mostly women's fashion. Store offers limited inventory for men's fashion and accessories. Some furniture and accessories available for bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen available. I went there to shop for luggage and ofter compare Marshall's to TJ Max, and I find the pricing to be pretty close. TJ Max is a great place for women to shop on a rainy day.”

Daiso is a Japanese company but keep in mind that many of their products are not made in Japan. Prices are generally $1.75 and up, and all sales are final/no returns.
They carry a little bit of everything from household goods, pet supplies, stationery, beauty, snacks, holiday items, and more. Their inventory does not change much, but they are usually well-stocked and a fun place to shop, especially if you're looking for budget-friendly stuff!”

“This Marshalls in the Placentia–Yorba Linda area is definitely a good spot if you’re looking for deals and don’t mind spending a bit of time browsing. Like most Marshalls locations, it really comes down to the “treasure hunt” experience, and this store delivers on that. There’s a wide variety of items, from clothing and shoes to home décor, kitchenware, and even some unexpected finds that you wouldn’t normally think of picking up—but end up grabbing because the price is just too good to pass up.
One thing I noticed is that they do have a solid selection across different categories, and you can find some well-known brands at discounted prices, which is always a plus. Whether you’re shopping for everyday basics or something a little more unique, there’s a good chance you’ll come across something worth buying. It’s especially great if you’re not in a rush and can take your time going through different sections.
That being said, the store can feel a bit messy, and a lot of the racks are quite overstacked. At times, it feels like there’s just too much packed into one space, which makes it harder to browse comfortably or quickly find sizes. You sometimes have to dig through piles or move things around to really see what’s there. It’s not uncommon to find items out of place as well, which adds to that slightly cluttered feel.
Despite that, the value you get here makes it worth the visit. If you’re patient and don’t mind putting in a bit of effort, you can walk out with some really great finds at prices that are hard to beat. It’s one of those stores where you might not find something every single visit, but when you do, it feels like a win.
Overall, it’s a solid Marshalls location with good variety and strong deals. It could definitely benefit from being a bit more organized and less crowded on the racks, but if you’re okay with that, it’s still a great place to shop and explore.”
