“I am that person who's always reluctant giving a review. It has to be an extea exceptional for me mostly. Needless to say this store has always be my favorite Ross stores of ALL.
The associates are very welcoming. But today was even great! The manager(Ms.Reginal) help me twice, she didn't feel like l was bothering her when she was called over. One a return and another item that has a dent on it. She and the other ladies were super nice! It just feels great to see people who still would go beyond to do their job. Not many at the stores this days! Thank you Ladies! You made my day.. lol”

“This is by far my favorite Home Goods, and I have two which are closer to me . For me, it is worth the drive. This store is always clean and well organized. I especially like the dishes, by color, along the long outside wall. Unlike other HG, it is calm, and the aisle are easy to navigate. It doesn't feel over stuffed. Kudos to management, and staff!”

While the carts are a bit large for the narrow aisles, the overall shopping experience is very comfortable. “Wonderful experience at JCPenny Whitwood! Olympia went out of her way to help me find a pair of jeans. I looked myself and Olympia went in the back to double check, but no luck. After that I decided to keep shopping around and about 10 minutes later Olympia came and found me in a different section of the store with the exact style, size and length jeans I wanted in hand! I could not believe it! Amazing customer service on her part!! 10/10 would recommend”
“My experience at Kohl’s in the City’s of Industry was great! It seemed to be more stocked with merchandise, great deals and clean. Customers service was great. This place has that same addictive treasure-hunt energy the moment you step inside ?️⚡. It’s not just shopping — it feels like you’re searching for something unique, something that’s waiting for the right person to notice it.
You walk through the aisles and every section feels different, like there’s always a chance to discover something unexpected ?✨. Some pieces really stand out, and you can tell there are good finds here if you take your time.
The vibe is active but not overwhelming — people moving, browsing, comparing, all part of that flow ??. It gives you that little boost, like you’re in the middle of something dynamic.
Definitely one of those places where you feel the potential of finding something great.

“Everything was so cuteeee . I was so happy to find a daiso ,I remember one by Bristol and something but it closed down and finding this one made so happy hahaha. I got my baby brother a dinosaur plushie, its so soft and cute he'll definitely like it. Everything was so clean and lots of different products so hard to decide on what to buy and everything was so cheap very good prices . I'll definitely try to come again. “I love Nordstrom, their customer service is top notch. I wish they hadn’t closed so many of them during the pandemic the closest one to me is in Brea. I usually will order things online and have them delivered to the store. They are always so courteous, helpful. Last year I purchased my daughter’s prom dress and they were able to fit her in the same day I bought the dress for a seamstress to hem the dress (my daughter is only 5’1”). She did a fantastic job and my daughter LOVED the dress. I will be a Nordstrom customer for life!”
“I had such a great experience at Popcorn Home Shopping in Garden Grove! The store has a huge selection of quality products, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful — they took the time to explain everything and made sure I found exactly what I needed. I also love that they carry a wide variety of Korean skincare and beauty products, which is a huge plus for me. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!”

“I was on my way to work and wanted to stop by here to pick up a new men’s cologne since my old one had just ran out. Most of these department type stores have the checkout area just scattered throughout the store instead of just one universal location.
I was in a rush and was thinking I would have to wait in line and find a checkout area, but an employee approached me and asked me if I needed help right away. I was able to tell them what I wanted and check out promptly.
Some places you have to go find help, but I was greeted and helped promptly. Got to work on time and my new cologne. Highly recommend this location.”

My girlfriend asked me to get her a lipstick from a brand I hadn’t heard of, Elizabeth helped me and was very patient and kind as I had no clue what I was buying for my girlfriend. Tonight is our 2nd anniversary and I wanted to do something special as I am planning to propose. Elizabeth helped me find a fragrance for both myself and my now fiancée to make the moment even more memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had a 10/10 experience! “I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Marshalls on 4th of July, and I wanted to recognize two associates who truly made my visit memorable, especially Stacy. 😊
From the moment I asked Stacy for help finding a specific size, she went above and beyond. I assumed she would simply check a handheld device or point me in the right direction, but instead she immediately started searching the aisles with me, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuinely investing her time to help me find exactly what I needed. It never felt like I was just another customer, she made me feel like helping me was her priority. 🥹
What impressed me even more was her professionalism and integrity. I had found a pair of shorts on a rack marked $16, but they had a different price tag along with a few other items on the rack. Without hesitation, Stacy took accountability for the store’s pricing error and honored the advertised price. That level of customer service and ownership is becoming increasingly rare, and it spoke volumes about both her character and Marshalls’ commitment to taking care of its customers.
I mentioned that I was shopping for an outfit for an event, and thanks to Stacy’s patience and willingness to help, I walked out feeling confident, excited, and genuinely happy with what I purchased. She turned what could have been a quick shopping trip into a fantastic experience, and she’s exactly the kind of employee every retailer hopes to have.
I’d also like to thank Margaret, who invited me to complete this survey. I especially appreciated that when I explained I wasn’t interested in applying for the TJX Rewards Credit Card because I had already applied recently and didn’t qualify, she respected my answer. Instead of repeatedly pressuring me after I had already declined, she simply continued providing friendly and efficient service. That level of respect for a customer’s response is something I truly appreciate.
