“Victor is amazing! I called to change our delivery date. I thought I ordered a one piece box spring that looked square in the online photo, but he said it was only one box spring and we needed two for the California King size. That would have been one disastrous delivery nightmare! Victor canceled the original order, created a new order for the two box springs with our mattress, and even gave us free delivery and removal. He knew exactly what to do and we'll get our new bed on July 29. We couldn't be happier with his expertise, willing to go the extra mile, and his kindness. Thank you Victor!!!”

“My partner and I decided it was time to start shopping for a new mattress this year. So, we visited the Avocado Factory Store, expecting to spend only 20 minutes, but ended up staying for over an hour. It was nice being the only customers in the building on a Monday afternoon. Isaiah, who exuded calm and patient energy, showed us several mattress recommendations based on our sleep positions, encouraging us to try them out, answering all my questions, and chatting with us about a range of mattress- and sleep-related topics (mattress materials, allergies, circadian rhythm, Mg, sleep hygiene), and even emailed me additional detailed sleep-related information. Thank you, Isaiah, for creating such a positive shopping experience for such an important purchase!”

“The sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, I’m not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.”

“I purchased the Cascade dresser from the outlet, but I was never informed that the pickup dock closed at 6:00 p.m. on the day of my purchase. Because of this, I had to make another trip the following day, driving over an hour each way, to pick up the furniture. Since the outlet requires purchased furniture to be picked up within 24 hours, I also had to leave work early to meet the deadline.
In addition, our salesperson placed a “SOLD” sign on the top of the dresser using tape. When we removed the tape after getting the dresser home, it pulled off the finish from the top of the furniture, leaving it damaged. While I understand that outlet furniture is sold as-is, this damage was caused after the item was marked sold and was not part of the condition I agreed to purchase. I am very disappointed with the piece.
I do want to mention that the outlet manager was very polite and professional regarding the damage and gave an additional discount but I’m not happy with my chest drawer missing the finish. This whole process was not as expected.”

“Came here to check out the Aireloom beds and got to meet Greg. He was kind knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care about helping us get the right mattress. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't overbearing, he was just patient and helpful.
We ended up with an amazing mattress and couldn't be happier. I am glad that we came in in person and didn't order something online that came in a box. I really don't think mattresses should be purchased that way.
The delivery was seamless the drivers were kind and efficient.

“The store is exceptionally clean and every item is perfectly organized by category, making it very easy to find what you need. While the carts are a bit large for the narrow aisles, the overall shopping experience is very comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the great prices—I even found some unexpected items at a bargain! Highly recommended for its tidy atmosphere and value.”
“We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”

I especially like the dishes, by color, along the long outside wall. Unlike other HG, it is calm, and the aisle are easy to navigate. It doesn't feel over stuffed. Kudos to management, and staff!”
