Hai and Kimberly went above and beyond to make our transition from our previous bank to Chase Bank/JP Morgan Investments as painless and easy as possible. “Awesome experience today at the bank. My elderly dad and I went to the BOA: at 337 Main Street in Pleasanton, CA to get access to my dad’s safe deposit box and have it permanently closed. Ahmad, the person behind the counter went above and beyond to help us not only get our stuff from the vault, but also helped us close the safe deposit box account. Ahmad has a very pleasant demeanor and an extremely helpful personality. The whole process was completed amicably and in a very timely fashion. This was despite not having an appointment!
