“Only one experience here: bought my wife's wedding band at the jewelry counter. Getting service was relatively quick, and the woman who helped me was very kind, knowledgeable, and listened to what I was asking for without trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need and would ultimately be unhappy I purchased. Great spot to buy jewelry.”

“Jonathan was awesome! He was patient and accommodating to my mom who was was looking for shoes. He and his coworker brought all of the shoes in her size (11) and offered multiple times to order shoe online if they didn't have what she liked in store. The other two employee were also very friendly. Even though they had limited styles in her size we were able to find two pairs.”

“I am always worried buying shoes because it takes a few days to really know if they fit. I got a pair here, but after wearing them a few days I got blisters. Unfortunately I had misplaced the receipt. I brought them back. The staff was extremely helpful, the search all the receipts on the day that I bought them until they found it and made sure I got a full refund. Thank you, guys.”

“I happened to walk past by Ann Taylor at Stoneridge mall and seen a lot of great clothes on display. I was greeted by Rose who had a big smile and was very helpful. She helped me find clothes that would be flattering and classy. She was also patient with my toddler. I ended up scheduling an appointment with her. She helped me build a mini wardrobe. She knew what look I was going for and she helped me find new clothes I’m excited to wear. I’m so excited for all of my new clothes! Thank you Rose at Stoneridge mall. I can’t wait to get more clothes ?”
