Andy looked at what she was interested in and disappeared into the back, emerging a few minutes later with four options that we had not seen or considered. Here's why the experience was exceptional. 1 - low to no pressure sales approach 2 - was customer focused and looking for the best match in terms of our needs 3 - was knowledgeable both about the products in the store and in inventory as well as the systems (checkout was very seamless) 4 - he went above and beyond what he needed to do by letting us stay.
