“I have been here a few times to do different transactions and stuff, but I have to say it is a very clean and friendly place. The bankers here are all very helpful and kind. I've never had a issue coming here. I have to say, it was a pleasant experience every time I went if I had business to take care of there with whatever was going on at the time of me needing to go into the branch to verify myself, was very simple and usually got very good customer service when I'd be talking to the Customer service on the phone, i never had a bad experience. Not one time. Very happy to have done business with bank ofAmerica, would recomend this bank to anyone. Honest people. Good customer service.”

“This place is very chill. I enjoyed doing business with this bank because the customer service I got in person was superb. The people I got to work with in the branch were always professional and kind, and I enjoy every experience I had going in the sense that whatever questions that I had were answered and I was treated respectfully and with dignity and I have to say they are very kind here. Customer service in the phone, well there leaves much to be desired there to say the least at times. It's just very sad and depressing. Partly my fault. But to say the least, a good bank to bank with and they are very chill here.”
