“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”

Staff are always polite, cheerful and they go above and beyond to get your needs met in a timely manner. I come in here all the time and I’ve notice that staff and kind and friendly not only with me but with everyone who comes in.
They answer question and resolve issues without making customers feel rushed or like a burden. They truly rock! I wish more stores had a team like theirs!”

“I had to get Live Scanned for TSA Pre-check and IdentoGo has a Office in this Staples!!!!I walked into Staples and went to the IdentoGo office in the Rear of Staples and was Warmly greeted by the IdentoGo Representative!!!He Checked me in and Checked and Copied all my Documents!!!Then he Live-scanned My Fingerprints into the Database andPrinted my Receipts for me. He was very Helpful, Friendly and Efficient !!! The Whole process took 5 Minutes at the most!!!This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment! !! And a great Deal. !!!!”

“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”
