“We originally came into the store to get a harness for our morkie because for some weird reason hers was a little too small and of course I got it too big but I loved the little treat buffet thing that you can pick different treats for your dogs and just a staff was really great and I really don't normally visit Petco cuz I had a very bad negative experience a few years ago from them but this definitely made up for it”

“I have had the armor heavy duty dog door that is compatible with my sliding glass door for more then a year now and I decided to replace the flap because it was dirty because I did not clean it often enough. I mixed up some of the pieces and was unable to reassemble the door. Hi Tech pet took care of me in a way i have not see in a long time!!! they sent me a video and It turned out I had messed up the pieces so badly that it still was not going to help me. Once I let them know they took a door apart in the factory and sent me images with the individual pieces labeled so I was finally able to fix what I broke. I will be a Hi Tech pet customer for life!! they in fact care about their customers!!!”
“I thought the options of dog and cat food was better than the Oxnard location on Rose Ave. I wish you could get the same deals in-store as online without having to select "pick-up" in store. I don't need the employees to gather my items all the time. I just wish you could can scan a coupon on your phone type of thing. I did see a sign in the front of the store about some of these coupons I think a few times. However, not everything is posted on the sign.I provided photos from Decemeber 2023 with the options of dog and cat food.”

She helped me with tips on how to help my dogs teething, directed me in the proper harness and let me know that petco offers training. I am excited to book training for my puppy. It’s refreshing to have good customer service and meet people who take their job seriously.”

“Typical PETCO! The only difference is they have marine fish and inverts but be cautious and inspect before buying; especially if there's a Tang in there. The only PETCO in Ventura County that sells marine fish and invertebrates.Employees need to be better trained to care for their animals; poor living conditions and habitats. Incapable fish are mixed with aggressive fish which causes stress and possible death.The only thing saving from a horrible is their employee name John. He is always helpful, polite and tentative to the customers. OUTSTANDING customer service and I've seen do everything in the store.”
