“I visited this Petco because I recently got a new dog. One of the workers helped me through out the process. There are a lot of options in this store, but she made sure to walk me through the products. She did a great job at explaining the differences. The store is organized, clean, and welcoming. The animals looked healthy and happy. The experience overall was very pleasant. I do plan on coming back to this location for my future shopping.
My only complaint is about the girl that works at the area where they bathe the dogs. She was doing unsanitary behaviors at the computer desk. I don’t want to specifically say what I saw, but I just hope they disinfected the area after. Bad hygiene all around.”

“Let me just say I’ll never go to another “petco” or commercial pet store ever again. The exceptional service that they give here at TAMS is unmatched. They are so nice, friendly, they will spend 15 min helping you out to find a good pet food, answer all your questions and they make you feel comfortable. No other Petco or PetSmart would ever go out of their way for you like they do here at TAMS. It’s been my second visit and I am still so happy from their service.”
“My dog trainer recommended this place and first I thought she had to recommend this place because she does her dog training here. That is so far from the truth. My dog trainer has complete knowledge of pet nutrition and has helped my dog for about 6 months in turning around my dogs health for the better. I do not trust anyone else but my dog trainer, Max.
Max assured me that I would get the same 5 star treatment from the employees at Big Al’s. She was not wrong….the staff at Big Al’s are amazing. I told them Max is my dog trainer and she told me to get a few items for class and to try out some new food and they were able to get what I needed without having to go find it.
My usual pet store that I use to go to sucks, shelves are always empty, I always have to check back every week to see if what I need arrives. Big Al’s…..you walk in and BAM…..they have what you need. Another big plus is I can order and item if they don’t carry it. My pet store won’t order shit, they can’t even order what they usually carry. I have the best for my dog at one location….My dog trainer Max and my new go to pet store Big Al’s at one location. I’m looking to attending group class with my dog and then after I can go shop for my dog at a fully stocked store. Thank you”

“This place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.”

“Listen, I am not a chill pet mom—unfortunately, I am not a cool mom. The world is scary, people hurt animals, and my babies have always been with me. Both of my cats are adopted, one is truly a work-from-home baby, and before this I had never spent more than one night away from them. We had also just traveled across the country, so leaving them anywhere made me incredibly nervous. When the photos I had been promised didn’t arrive that night, I went into full mom-and-unpaid-tech-support mode: clearing my cookies and cache, switching browsers, downloading the app on my phone, and wondering if I was somehow doing something wrong. When I finally called, they apologized and explained that the photos simply hadn’t been sent yet. I knew my babies were probably safe—I just desperately wanted to see their little faces because I missed them so much. Everyone here was incredibly kind, my cats were well cared for and seemed to have a good time, and they even sent us home with adorable goody bags. That kindness and reassurance meant more to me than they probably realize because trusting people with my babies is incredibly difficult. I genuinely appreciate how they treated all of us, and I will absolutely use them again.”

On top of that, she also sells fresh organic eggs and honey - absolutely delicious!
Its rare to fund someone who cares this much about animals and their owners. Denise also has so many treats for dogs.

“We’ve been bringing our pup to K9 Loft for three years. The gals who run the front desk are the best (shout out Ash and Jaz!), they’re so welcoming and truly love the dogs. They usually call out her name right when she walks in the door and she’s so happy to see them too. They also do really cute crafts during the holidays with your dog, which is always something we love to see!
We love the text updates with photos, and also get her groomed here. She doesn’t need a lot of shaping with her hair, but the nail clipping, teeth brushing, and gland expression are such a great service. We love this place!”
“I have been coming here for years, but the other day they saved my pet. I have a leopard gecko and there is a cricket shortage due to the heat killed a large shipment. They just happen to have 12 large crickets left and I got them. This was on Monday and I started looking for crickets on Saturday only to find out there is a cricket shortage not only for PetSmart, but other pet stores as well. Thank you, PetSmart team, for coming through for DuDu the Gecko !!!”
