“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”

“I've gone to this location for years and have always been greeted warmly. Parking is easy. I mostly just drop off packaged returns from online orders that are ready to go. The location is convenient if you have to go to USPS as well.”
“An absolutely fantastic neighborhood spot with incredibly dedicated staff. I brought in nearly 1,500 printed pages to be bound (about 500 pages per copy). I dropped them off and left immediately, having no idea how time-consuming the process was. Even though it was almost closing time, they meticulously bound these three massive books for me. It took them nearly an hour, and I felt so bad about it! Highly recommend. Thank you Po and your colleagues.”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

I had good experience with both Jennifer and Violeta (store manager). The one time I had an issue that was in Violeta's authority to correct, she went an extra mile to resolve it. Overall I had really good experience on multiple occasions with this location. Thank you for your good service.”

Yesterday however, the man at the desk said that my preprinted label was good for the postage but the box needed to be sealed with tape that he could sell me a roll for about $10. I went to a nearby shop and they had the kindness to seal the box with the tape most people in a shop/home have. UPS in NY always put a strip of tape as a courtesy.”

“I was in a jam and was trying to overnight a package and showed up 5 minutes before closing. There were multiple people in line and everyone was in a hurry. I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. It felt as if everyone in the store was on the same team and we were all trying to help each other with the coach (the rad employee) directing people kindly to what do and had a hustle I did not know existed anymore.”
