“Sometimes we need the service to be quick but there is a big line because people is taking pictures for their passport, and for each customer that is taking pictures is about 10-15 mins wait, that makes the line bigger enough to leave and find another store, other than that the store staff is very nice”

“An absolutely fantastic neighborhood spot with incredibly dedicated staff. I brought in nearly 1,500 printed pages to be bound (about 500 pages per copy). I dropped them off and left immediately, having no idea how time-consuming the process was. Even though it was almost closing time, they meticulously bound these three massive books for me. “I've gone to this location for years and have always been greeted warmly. Parking is easy. I mostly just drop off packaged returns from online orders that are ready to go. The location is convenient if you have to go to USPS as well.”

“This UPS access point at Michael’s makes it really easy to drop off packages. You just head to the register and after they scan it, they send/print a confirmation receipt. In total, it took about 1 minute.”

Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. “I was in a jam and was trying to overnight a package and showed up 5 minutes before closing. There were multiple people in line and everyone was in a hurry. I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. It felt as if everyone in the store was on the same team and we were all trying to help each other with the coach (the rad employee) directing people kindly to what do and had a hustle I did not know existed anymore.”
